Our technician was on time and was able to provide a concise window of service instead of the common “be there between 8am and 8pm. He was pleasant and knowledgeable without being pushy for upsells and talking over our heads.

Carter was very friendly and got me back up and running quickly. My only real compliant was the price. I do understand there is only so much that can be done regarding that however. Professional as always though, I will use them again.

Joe did an excellent job explaining what I needed for my house. He answered all our questions.

Wow I really couldn’t be happier right now. Today we had our AC/Heat Replaced. I need to give the credit where it’s deserved. Joe the salesman was the reason I went with this company. I had another company give me a lower bid but to me that didn’t matter. He showed genuine interest, respected my home and was transparent in the service I would be receiving. He’s extremely good at his job and gave me the assurances I needed to make a decision. The service techs were also great. Very kind, happy to answer questions, respected our home. I couldn’t be happier with this experience, so happy to come write this review the day of. As a business owner myself I notice the small acts of world class customer service and this company hires great people. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Excellent company with excellent values! My technician Hank was not only on time, but early! I was notified and asked if this was okay, and it being extremely hot over the past couple of days I was overjoyed to hear they would be arriving at 8:00 a.m. instead of 2:00 p.m.! The repair was done ahead of schedule and beyond my expectations. I could not be happier with the service I received from McCarthy's!!

Very polite. Respected our home and our intelligence. Explained what was wrong and what needed to be done without pushing extra products. Also, when I came in after having been away for a quick appointment he re-explained to me what he’d already told my husband. A nice courtesy.

AMAZING service with McCarthy 1 hour air conditioning service! When sooner appointments were available, they called- which meant fewer days in my hot house. The young man was very friendly and knowledgeable. Although I hope to not need them in the near future 😅, they will be the first ones I call! Thanks for prompt and good service.

Awesome service! Chris came out to my house because there was water leaking around my system. Not only did get the problem fixed he was very helpful and kind. He answered all my questions and gave me a lot of information. 10/10 highly recommended
