We received an email notice that the furnace had a "fault" and was not operating. That's a feature of our fancy smart thermostat. Interesting that the notice was even before we noticed the house getting cooler. It was 20 degrees outside. It was Sunday and we were on our way to church so we called the Frazier Company and left a message with the "after hours" telephone assistant - a live person not a recording. We got a return call from Russ at Frazier before we'd sat down and arranged for him to meet us at home at 1:00 after the service. At exactly 1:00, Russ knocked on the door, entered and put on his booties. It didn't take long to diagnose the issue and fix it. While he was here, Russ checked the filters, checked the settings and made sure all the fittings were tight. While no one is eager to have a furnace problem in the winter and on a Sunday, we are grateful to be able to rely on the Frazier Company to be on our side. Capable, honest and nice people are the words I'd use to describe them. We highly recommend them.

We had previously had out a local company and they were telling us we needed to replace items that were going to cost us over $2,000 after a routine maintenance cleaning. We got a second opinion from Frasier and we're told that the cleaning was not done properly and that the replacement parts recommended were not necessary. That technician talk to me through everything he did and showed me what wasn't done properly and was very professional and courteous. Would highly recommend them!!!

Jason the Sales Manager was very helpful in answering all of our questions before making a final decision. Zach and Cody did a professional install of our unit and were very courteous with our concerns of the new unit. The electrician that came out was very respectful and courteous. Andrew who did the start up was knowledgeable and helpful explaining our new HVAC system and answering our remaining questions. The Frazier Co handled the whole process seamlessly. Their communication and knowledge was incredible. Overall this was a great experience. I would highly recommend Frazier for anyone needing HVAC services.
I simply love this company. I sent them an email about an issue I was having with our AC. I was contacted in less than 24 by a very friendly lady on the phone. She scheduled a technician for the same day! It was a gentleman named Russ who showed up for the appointment to look at our AC. He is an incredibly friendly, professional and knowledgeable guy. He not only finds the issues really quickly, but also explains what went wrong, what can go wrong in the future, what we can do to prevent related issues etc. He is simply a great guy. If I ever have an AC company of my own, he would be the first person I would hire with my eyes closed. Thank you for all your help, guys!
Had a new AC unit installed by The Frazier Co. Jason came out and was very courteous, professional, honest & answered all my questions. Additionally, he went above and beyond by lining up the install while he was on vacation. Heath and Zach were courteous and professional as well and was willing to answer any questions. They did a great job on the install. The electrician that came out was respectful. Shelly was very prompt and courteous on having the service tech come out to inspect the work, I really appreciated the call from Shelly letting me know that James was on the way. The courteousness and respectfulness followed with James as well. Overall this was a great experience and I really do appreciate how The Frazier Co handled the whole process. This is definitely a top notch company and I recommend to anyone needing HVAC services.
I have used Frazier company for two separate issues. 1st one was a plumbing issue on a spigot outside. Under a crawl area. Tech that came out was great. Professional work. No issues. It was three days to get him out. But they were one of the few companies to actually return my call with a plumbing issue. 2nd instance was with my AC that wasn't cooling on a 101 day in Omaha. I called in the morning, dispatch said it would be next morning. I understand. Sometimes we get spoiled with same day service. 3pm I get a call they can be there same day. Tech shows up. Diagnoses the issue. A couple hundred dollar service call. I'm happy. I'll be a customer again.
Was treated respectfully on the phone when inquiring about services and many questions were answered at that time. Russ, our technician arrived on time, was friendly and went out of his way to help us understand our new house's heating system and what needed to be done on a regular basis (and what didn't!). No forced sales pitches. Would highly recommend.
