The Frazier Company

Andrew came out to service our AC under our maintenance contract. He did a great job. This was a scheduled call, but the AC wasn't cooling properly. He found the problem, and we only had to pay for parts under the service agreement. A win/win! Looking for a call from Frazier this fall to renew the contract for next year. Thanks Frazier and Andrew!

We have been using Frazier for 10 years for yearly maintenence and any emergency needs and have been very satisified with their professionalism and excellent care of our furnace and air conditioner. Today Zach did such a good job on our spring service call and was sure all questions were answered. Very happy and relaxed that we are good do be "cool dudes" this summer!

James was our tech. He called to inform he was on his way. Was on time. Was honest and trustworthy and did a great job in a timely manner. Have had Frazier every year since we built home and have not been disappointed.

Andrew arrived on time and promptly introduced himself. He found the problems(s) and explained in detail what the issue was and gave me a cost estimate before moving forward. Once the repairs were completed he discussed future options and ways to best utilize the unit we have. He was extremely helpful and courteous. We will use them again when needed!

James my technician did a fantastic job on my air conditioner as well as my furnace today. I want to thank Frazier Company for having such great people working for with and for them. A job well done and want to let others know about your wonderful service.

The Frazier Company, "no relation to me", put in the furnace and air conditioning in my house when it was built 20 years ago. I never did a thing to my air conditioner and had the furnace cleaned yearly. Both worked great. When it came time to replace them I knew who I wanted to buy from. They did a great job explaining options. Always been very satisfied with this company.

Friday, around 4:30p, my AC shut down. Called Frazier and within 30, Russ, service technician was there. I've know Russ for years and he is an expert. He pinpointed the trouble, explained everything, got my AC back working and I was a happy gal!!! He's always professional, friendly, polite and gets it right. :)

Beyond impressed with the service we received. Came home last night to find that our AC was leaking inside the house. I called Frazier Co at 8 AM this morning and they had someone out here by 9:30 AM (The high for today was 100). The issue turned out to be minor and something that I probably could have done myself but I have very little experience with AC units. Russ took the time to show me the problem and show me how to fix it in the future. I will certainly be a return customer should we have any problems with our AC.

We can not say enough about Russ and his expertise!!

He went above and beyond to do everything to repair our Geo-Thermal system. His knowledge was top notch! We have recommended the Frazier Company and Russ to all of our family and friends!!

Myron performed the annual preventive maintenance inspection on my AC unit again this year. He was the tech who did it last year and was very familiar with my system. He was highly professional and I greatly appreciate the excellent service.
