Got the part I needed no problem at a fair price.

Only issue I had: 2 weeks later I needed a copy of the receipt to file a claim and they said they could only look up receipts by the date of purchase... (not name, email, or anything else)

I find it suprising that their software would not allow them to look up a receipt by Customer name..

Bought 2 parts for a 17 year old LG washer. Made a point to ask if I could return them, if they didn't fix the issue, and was told absolutely. Well it ends up they didn't fix the issue and I tried to return the parts today... Nope we won't take that back after it's been installed. Doesn't matter if I was told something different, I'm just out $112. Will never be back and will tell everyone to avoid as well.

Sundberg is AWESOME!! Not only did they have the refrigerator part I needed in stock, it was cheaper than any other place in town or online. Their customer service went above and beyond and gave me some troubleshooting suggestions before I spent money on a replacement part to make sure the replacement part was needed. If I ever need any additional parts in the future, Sundberg will be my first and only stop!

The guys here at Sundberg are amazing. They went above and beyond to help find the part I needed for my fridge! Highly recommended!!!

Bought some parts for a dryer here a few years ago, they were very helpful, had inventory and fair prices that were close to online appliance store.

This year I went to get a new evaporator fan for my refrigerator only to find out that their prices were triple what I got at the online appliance store. Same store as before and they sell OEM GE Parts.

Don't understand the difference unless their rent tripled since they moved locations.

They were helpful at first got me what I needed and I found out the part was not what I needed tried to return the item and refused to take it back. He told me the bag is open and we can’t resell it because it’s considered a used item now. I had my receipt and respectful. And still a no we can’t sell it so I did what anyone would when your out $50

The very unpleasant person on the phone felt it was more important to be an arrogant ass to me rather than help me find the part I needed.
I wonder how much business they lose due to his inability to be professional?
Taking my money elsewhere!

Purchased a board over the counter. Was told if it didn't work they would refund me. Well the board wouldn't work so I called them and they informed me they could only switch me out for the same one but could not refund my money. I also did a price check and they were 132.00 high than everyone else. Horrible service, horrible prices, extremely rude on the phone. Would not recommend this place to anyone. In fact I would tell them to steer clear completely.

Guy who answered the phone was rude and derogatory! I gave him the model number ARTC7522WW just copy and past that model number in your own google search bar. The person said, "No way you've got it wrong, you aren't reading the number correctly. Call back when you get a model number." I did and he again refuted the number. He again said, "Nope that is not a correct model number, you uninstall the part and bring it in to me, Click dial tone!"
