The Frazier Company

I can not say enough great things about The Frazier Company, and specifically Jason the Sales Manager. He really knows his stuff and was willing to take on an install/replacement system on a challenging property when no one else would. The communication and knowledge was strong and this company is truly professional.

Today we had our AC services repaired and semi-annual maintenance performed by Russ of The Frazier Company. It was exceptional service, done right, explained to us in detail, and left us feeling like we really had the best doing the work. Russ was friendly and professional. Will definitely refer Frazier and especially Russ to our friends and neighbors.

We have used Frazier for 10 years for our bi-yearly AC/furnace maintenance. The service crew is knowledgable, efficient and respectful. Myron serviced our AC unit yesterday. He did a great job, and I appreciate that he wore and mask and shoe booties while in our home. Highly recommended!

Russ came to our home today and serviced the furnace, the erv air filtration system and cleaned the air conditioner compressor. He arrived on time, asked us for our input on the service call and explained what he was doing every step of the way. This was our first experience with the Frazier Company, but we will definitely use them again based on the high quality service Russ provided.

My wife and I just wanted to thank our service person from the Frazier Company, Myron, for his professionalism and quick response with regard to fixing our AC. We couldn't have asked for better service. Myron was honest, worked hard, as well as efficiently and effectively. Thank you.

I use Frazier to service my heat/air and have for years. I am very happy with the service I receive, especially with Russ, service technician. He is extremely professional, always on time and friendly. I have a Geo-thermal unit and I would not use anyone else but Russ. He is ione of the best service professionals I know. Thanks as always! The Frazier Company is a very professional and trustworthy company, and we call upon them for all of our heating, cooling, and plumbing needs. We have used them for over 25 years and have found their product knowledge, professionalism, and service to be outstanding - second to none!. And, their pricing is very fair and reasonable. Our most recent experience was when their HVAC service man (Russ) performed our seasonal HVAC service. Russ is awesome!
