Faszold Heating and Cooling

Got my Furnace and AC with Faszold and it was a great experience at a great price. Very professional and helpful all the way.

Great experience. Jason went over and above to diagnose my problem. Turns out I needed a new compressor. I decided to also upgrade the furnace and A coil. I was really impressed with the install by Paul and Steve. They were on-time and explained everything to me. There was no mess when finished! Loving the new features on the thermostat. Little freaked at first because my wife likes to hit “one button” to cool it down. All she has to do is hit Off/permanent hold so the temperature hold toggles on—bingo! She can adjust the thermostat all she wants!

On time service. Tim and Aaron came ready to work. Both had masks on when I approached the door and placed covers on their shoes before coming in. They came in to do the maintenance on my furnace and changed the filter. Happy to say they were in and out within 30 minutes. They also answered my questions about an air filtration system I'm interested in purchasing. Above and beyond serviceis always welcomed for me. I would definitely use their services again. Thank you guys!!

Extremely fast service. I called at 815 in the morning and somebody was here by 11. Tim and Christian were able to diagnose the issue (my own fault) and fix it quickly and efficiently. They were polite and professional and explained what the issue was in a way that I could understand and learn from. Would recommend them to anybody.

Just had Faszold install a whole new HVAC system for me and I'm very pleased. Mike won us over with his personality and made us feel like he really was looking out for us instead of just making a quick buck. The installers were friendly and courteous. Not once did I feel worried about these strangers being in my house. They worked hard and answered all my questions with a smile.

I had Fazold replace our entire HVAC system. I was super impressed with the professionalism and transparency from Dan on the initial consultation. As far as the installation goes, Josh and John did an amazing job. We are now enjoying the comfort and peace of mind of our new AC.

Dan was awesome! Very knowledgable and efficient. He was able to fix our AC for hundreds of dollars after another company recommended a $9,000 replacement! He came by less than an hour after I called. I would highly recommend Faszold Heating and Cooling and plan to use them when It is time to replace our units.

Faszold is great and I always trust everything they say. You can't say that for a lot of companies that come out to your house. Shannon was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. He explained things in a way that I understood and didn't try to upsell anything when checking out our system. I would definitely recommend Faszold to anyone that has heating or AC needs.
