Vince was great! Very personable and professional. I felt very comfortable having him in my home.

We paid for a membership to get preventative maintenance on our heating and cooling. Everyone at Faszold has been very nice but when we fired up our AC it was leaking because the drain tube wasn't fitted properly. You would think checking the drain tube would have been included in preventative maintance so it makes me wonder what they actually did.

They always deliver great service at what I consider a fair price. I had them out yesterday because my AC was out. The tech, Jacob, called when he was 20 minutes away, quickly diagnosed the problem and presented me with options. He completed the repair quickly and answered my millions of questions in easy to understand layman's terms. I am a happy customer.
My unit is old and it's quite possible the issue could have been avoided with regular maintenance. This is a lesson I will not forget.

From the moment I called, Faszold did an amazing job!! I spoke with several people in the office including Brandi and they were so easy to work with and made sure to have a service technician (Jacob) come out the next day. Jacob was efficient in doing his job. Michael was my salesman and was honest and took the time to explain my options and what would be the best option for me, there was no heavy sales pitch/pressure, understanding this was an unplanned event and I really appreciate that!! My installers were Joshua and John, they were extremely helpful again in explaining what they were going to do, they were respectful and did an amazing job per the city inspection. I just want to thank Faszold for being honest and fair and not trying to take advantage of customers, will definitely have my business and referrals for any future jobs.

We had our entire heating and cooling system replaced with a Trane and are very satisfied. The technician Michael was knowledgeable and professional. The sales representative Michael educated us, did not try to oversell us and gave us a good price on a Trane system. The system was installed as they promised and it has been working perfectly so far. We would highly recommend this company again.

Our ac went out a few days ago. The company said they wouldn’t be able to come for a few days but ended up getting a technician to our house two days earlier than originally estimated (very thankful for this). Eric was our technician and was very polite but did not fix the problem. Ac went out again that night. Another technician was able to come out but told us they could not find any of the diagnostic readings that the previous technician did. When all was said and done we ended up buying a part online and fixing it ourselves. I was impressed at first, but as our experience with the company went on I was very disappointed. Unfortunately we won’t be using this company again.

More great service, as always. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. He rectified or issue quickly.
