From the time of my first call, through the evaluation and then installation this company was top notch! Great people in Dan F., John C., and Kent. I felt like they had my best interest in mind, listened and cared about solving my HVAC problem efficiently. This company values its customers, cares about its reputation and solves problems! Great work ethic and nice people! Thanks for your teamwork to find a financing solution and get the equipment installed in a less conducive (tight) space.

We always have a great and satisfying experience with Faszold Htg and Cooling. The office called and asked if we wanted a tech sooner than scheduled - by a month - YES! Travis was experienced and explained all we needed now and down the line with our A/C unit - with pics of equipment he was explaining. No pressure to fix or buy add ins is always a plus. We have used Faszold for years and always happy to pass on our recommendation for a trusted company

Had new furnace, A/C and humidifier installed. During the sales meeting we emphasized we needed humidity in the winter for health reasons. We picked the high efficiency units and nothing was said about these units being inappropriate for our house. They picked the humidifier. We were told the A/C would be mounted on the ground. Everything was installed except the A/C was put on the existing rack. When asked why it was not on the ground it was said that units on the ground get stolen and this way it was safer. Cooling season came first and A/C was so loud you could literally hear the outside unit halfway through the house. It was even louder in the rooms on that side of the house. There was a very noticeable vibration. During service calls one tech said all they were offering were placebos as fixes. Heating season came and the humidifier couldn’t get the humidity no higher than 33%. We found out that the high efficiency unit we picked dehumidifies the air. After several service calls they could not get the humidifier to work correctly. The techs offered suggestion and wanted to know which one I thought was best. I’m not in the HVAC business, how would I know the best course of action. The exhaust pipes to the outside were not sealed and leaked.

Our HVAC professional arrived on time, was friendly, and completed the job in a thorough manner. He did not try to upsell us on other products and services. The cost was exactly what they quoted us.

Had an issue with our furnace today called Faszold (which is now actually Classic Air).
Eric C. Did a great job and our furnace is up and running. Eric was great at communicating what the problem was and that it was going to be an easy fix. Was relieved to hear this. Price was very reasonable and actually signed up for the service agreement.

The HVAC service I received today was outstanding. The previous night my AC stopped working. The temperature had been 93 degrees with the temp going to be 100 degrees the next day. I called Fazold/ Classic HVAC. It was after regular hours but I left a message. They called me first thing the next morning and scheduled a service. Within 90 minutes Pat, the tech, was here and diagnosed and fixed the problem within 45 minutes.
I couldn't have received better service. I know who I'm going to call next time I need any HVAC service!!

I came home to my furnace not working, after talking through my issue with the overnight technician he reassured me I would get a phone call the next morning when normal business hours resumed. I actually received a call 10 minutes before they opened for the day! I was very fortunate that a technician was available right away and my furnace was fixed before 9:30 am. The technician was very honest and upfront with my issue and fixed my furnace in very little time. I have always been impressed with their professional and expertise.

Dan was very informative and personable. He took the time to explain all the different aspects of his products and the benefits of each. Showed me things about my existing ductwork that I never knew existed. Made the purchase process very simple for us.

Faszold did the mid year cleaning of my hvac system. Anthony explained every step of the way and let us know what could possibly be needed in the future. I would recommend Faszold to anyone needing hvac service!

They had good reviews on Nextdoor neighbor app...so I went with them. I am very happy that I did. Professional, Prompt , Respectful and Reasonable!! Can't get any better than that!
