Faszold Heating and Cooling

This will be 3rd service call on last couple months. First one ac was not keeping up to temp set and they put in some new parts to correct costing about 700 dollars. Still did not correct the issue so called again couple days later and got a more seasoned/older man and told us none of the work they did couple days ago was needed which costed us again - Cleaned out hoses so unit could drain. Think we need find different company to go with

I needed a gas hookup for a new gas stove. I called Faszold and they were able to quickly meet my needs in a very accommodating timeframe. The two installers (Steve and Kent) were courteous and professional and did a great job getting me setup for our new range. They assured everything was done according to plan, explained everything I needed to know, and also assured other gas items were working properly before they left.

I should also mention when I called (I think it was Angie) she was very understanding of my situation and made the whole thing come together. I have nothing but good things to say about the entire transaction. I'd give six stars if I could.

Anthony was on time and did superb and thorough work with our main HVAC system, and took special care to inspect our separate split-system filters. He also provided knowledgeable advice about our AprilAire humidifier..

We’ve always had a great experience with Faszold! They’re punctual, incredibly friendly and work efficiently — probably the most reliable service company we’ve ever used! We just had a new furnace and a/c installed and it completely exceeded our expectations and reduced our energy bill. After install, Faszold followed up to ensure we were satisfied and didn’t have any questions.

Right from the first phone call to have someone come over to give an estimate, the experience was stress free. No sales pressure, was even told not to spend money on a service I inquired about. Before Faszold could install our new HVAC our old unit went out. Michael came by, put a part on our old unit to keep it running until they could install the new system. Installation was painless, installers Michael and Austin were great. Very respectful, conscious and thorough. By the time they left our home you would never know we had a new system installed, they left the basement and outside probably cleaner than when they arrived.

Faszold did a great job with installation. They were timely and professional. Price was reasonable, a little less than competition. I had a system issue that popped up during an electrical storm and they came out the next day to make sure everything was working correctly (it was). They did not charge me for the service call even though I was a month out of warranty. I highly recommend Faszold Heating and Cooling.

Very informative and professional. Jason called ahead to let me know he was coming, and he arrived when he said he would. He did a good job explaining things and giving advice to help the process work most efficiently. Our system only needed some service at this point, and he was able to complete the job same day. I felt he was honest and up front with pricing and expectations. I would highly recommend Faszold, they are great.
