They won't call you back, I called 4 times and I was promised a call back four times. I got one call back and it was "tell me the problem again". The people answering the phones have no knowledge and are only interested in scheduling an appointment or selling a service contract. We had a problem and the temps were forecasted to drop, they could care less. The latest service contract visit is what probably led to my issue less than three weeks after their service. They had four times to make it right so the reply is too little too late. They kept saying a service manager would call back, none did. I did not want a diagnosis over the phone. Since they were bought out they have gotten very bad.Update, they turned off a furnace of someone I know in the middle of the winter. They had another company look at it and there was nothing wrong. They are just trying to take advantage of people by saying they need parts when they don't. Every time they come out for maintenance it's 1,000 of add-on's you need. I would stay away from this company. They are unethical and unprofessional.
