Steve and Paul came in today for a HVAC install in my home. Arrived on time, even called before they arrived. Did very neat and clean work. Left my house just as clean as when they arrived. Outside unit placed on a very neat and clean pad. Tested everything to insure proper function of equipment. Showed everything they did to me before they left and asked if i had any questions. Very happy with the Faszold team. Would recommend them to anyone.

We had a minisplit installed for our extension room and had a great service experience with Faszold from sales to installation. Perfect discussion and explanation before the job. Mike and Steve were efficient, accurate and kind during the installation. They went out of their way to help me solve an unrelated problem I had with our AC unit and helped arrange quick service for that too. I’ve not had a better experience with HVAC installation and service.

We are so impressed with Faszold Heating and Cooling! We just had new HVAC installed, and it has been an absolutely wonderful process from start to finish. First, Dan came out to give a bid, and he took the time to explain everything thoroughly to us. The turnaround time was very fast. The installers, John and Kevin, were very courteous, professional, and worked diligently installing our new system. They arrived on time and worked non-stop in the heat all day. They, too, took the time to explain everything and made sure to leave our home in pristine condition.
Bottom line- Faszold has the best customer service, products and employees around! We will be recommending them to everyone we know!

We have used Faszold for most of our heating and cooling needs and our experience has always been positive. This time was no exception. Shannon was our service provider. He was very friendly upon arrival and after assessing our issue I could tell that he had a desire to take care of our problem as quickly and efficiently as possible. Shannon was kind enough to explain our problem in detail and walked me through the process for the repair. He answered my questions and even gave tips on preventative measures for the future to avoid any further issues. After ordering the necessary part to fix our issue, Shannon returned and quickly got to work on the repair. He outlined the job he would be doing and made sure to check in, updating me while he worked. He double checked his work and made sure that we were aware of any maintenance that was needed to keep our system running smoothly. I would say that he took care of us well. We appreciate Shannon and the quality service he provided. We will continue to use Faszold for our heating and cooling needs.

Faszold has installed and repaired my HVAC systems for many years. They are one of the most efficient contractors I know. Fast and reasonable pricing along with friendly and courteous staff are a winning combination. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience from start to finish.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. I felt very informed after the consultation, and not at all pressured. The install with Mike and Ken was great as well. They were friendly and professional, cleaned up after themselves, showed me how everything worked, and even put up with my overly friendly dog sneaking downstairs for some head pets.

The technician was here for about 40 minutes. He checked everything out. No problems.

Tyler came out to my house today and was very prompt, efficient and professional. Tyler checked my air conditioner to make sure it was running properly and installed my new thermostat for me that I had. Tyler was very courteous and respectful of social distancing and I felt confident in the service he performed. He was very friendly and attentive to all of my questions. His customer service skills are exceptional. I am very pleased with Faszold Heating and Cooling and would definitely recommend them over anyone else for your heating and air needs.
