Very impressed with Justin’s quick assessment of the problem. It was a quick fix for him and he filled me in on a long time solution. He showed me current problems with pricing solutions and compared them to a better long term solution. He gave us plenty facts and time to discuss pros and cons and mentioned issues we may face in the future with our current 23+ year Carrier system. We feel we made a good decision with information he presented. Justin is super easy to talk with. He should be commended for the way he treats his customer. He is Top Notch in my books. Everything went great from the phone call , to the service they provided at my home. Came out within a few hours. The tech was very knowledgeable and very personable . Had Jon Halaska w/Swiss Air out to do a gas inspection for one of my buyer clients and he was great! Showed up early, very professional and explained what was a concern and what was not. Put my clients at ease. Would recommend him again!

Swiss Air replaced my A/C and furnace almost two years ago when my A/C went out in July during a heat wave and my house was 95 degrees. They were responsive, worked with me on financing and even gave me a couple portable A/C units to use until the permanent unit was installed. They've since contacted me every time a clean and-check appt was due which I greatly appreciate. They're dependable and I recommend them to anyone needing service.

All their technicians have been awesome! Especially Justin who is currently taking care of my heating and air-conditioning systems. He is very knowledgeable and very personable and takes time to explain things to me. I would highly recommend Swiss Air and when you do choose them, ask for Justin!

I just bought a new house. Sent them the inspection report and they drew up a quote for work from this. They did miss the first appointment because their guys was out sick but this was communicated as early as possible the day off and their next appointment was only two days later with the next day being a holiday. I plan to use them again.

I recently had 2 complete HVAC system replaced. Everyone at Swiss Air I interacted was friendly and professional, from the operator, scheduler, to sales, to the owner, to the technicians. They offer great value and perform high quality work. I am very happy with my new systems. I highly recommend the company.

Great experience with Swiss Air! Set up an inspection for a home purchase, and the technician Robert M was incredibly patient and thorough. Took the time to explain all of the areas he’d be mentioning in the report, in understandable detail for someone without experience in any of those areas. Turnaround time for the follow up was very quick. Definitely recommend!

Swiss Air installed our AC and our heating systems because the ones that came with the house were not longer working. Swiss Air has been a wonderful company to do bussiness with. Very professional, on time, friendly, helpful and their product is the best. Our house feels very comfortable now.
