Faszold Heating and Cooling

I can't say enough about my experience with Faszold, from the initial repair call and the total lack of pressure when making the decision to replace my 20 year old heating and AC unit. Everyone I worked with, whether it was the initial repair technician, the sales rep, or Steve and Kent, the installation crew, were total professionals and beyond helpful. I would definitely recommend these guys.

Air conditioner went out on a very hot day as they usually do. Called Faszold, dispatcher was very friendly and courteous. Eric arrived in a timely manner with a friendly heads up call prior to arriving so I could corral my dogs. Eric was very personable and diagnosed it right away. I said I would leave him alone and let him work but I said this stuff is always interesting to me. He said stay and explained everything he was doing and educated me on my system. Eric was such a pleasure to meet. I highly recommend Fazold Heating and Cooling and wont hesitate to call for future HVAC needs.

We received wonderful service from everyone we worked with. Michael F was extremely helpful as we were looking at replacing our AC unit and furnace. Extremely knowledgeable and personable. Josh and John completed the installation and we couldn’t be happier! They were both very professional and personable, even taking time to meet our dog so he would get used to them being at our house. Can’t say enough about the service we received and so glad we chose Faszold!! Thank you!

Faszold does great work. The install was very professional, and the installers were very good people. Michael Faszold was very knowledgeable, and recommended the perfect system for my home. He didn’t try to upsell me, he directed me to the best system that would be the most efficient for our needs. Right after our install, my in laws had their AC unit go down. I recommended Faszold based on my experience, and they are now having a new system installed as well. On top of their great customer service, it doesn’t hurt that they are installing a fantastic product with the Trane brand. All in all, we were extremely satisfied. I will be using Faszold for all of our heating and cooling needs from now on.

We waited one month after install to do this review. Dan Faszold did an excellent job informing us of our choices. We selected Faszold and Trane because of the product as well as the friendly informative approach. Dave and Steve installed our system. They were very professional, polite and informative about what they were doing. They arrived on time, performed the work in the allotted window and left the site better than they found it. After a month of operation zero issues. Highly recommended!

We used Faszold to replace both of our HVAC systems (upstair and downstairs). Dan Faszold was very thorough when he came to review our systems and provide us a quote. The installation crew of Mike, Gabe, Steve and Kent did a great job today with the installation of both units. I would highly recommend Faszold.

Faszold Heating and Air Conditioning came to our rescue late one night! We discovered at 9pm on one of the first cold nights of the season that our furnace decided to quit working! We contacted Faszold’s emergency number and within 30-45 minutes Tyler was at our door! He was very knowledgeable, professional and thorough! He had the problem diagnosed and fixed within minutes! Definitely recommend them for all HVAC issues!

MIL's basement flooded. Called Faszold because she has service contract with them. They would not come out to check furnace (that they installed 8 years ago). One of her children called Faszold and he was told the same thing. They will not come out to check furnace. MIL ended up using a different company. Found out later that Faszold was sold to an out-of-state company.
