As part of the install, I was required to call and have them come out on a 70 degree day to top off the systems they installed in August. This week was in the 70s so I called them. I spoke with a very pleased receptionist that promptly called me back after I left a message. The service technician was scheduled and he made it here within the allocated time period and was courteous and responsive. He checked the system and then was on no bill... all part of the install. So, I read some bad reviews of these guys and I have worked with the install team and daily support desk, no issues at all with any of their staff to report. Smooth sailing.
