I cannot express my sincere gratitude to Charlie and CNO Comfort Zone for their awesome customer service. I am a realtor who has been using and recommending their services for several years now. They are always fast, friendly, honest and have very fair pricing. Recently I recommended them to one of my sellers for some issues that came up on a building inspection. After closing the buyers had issues with the furnace, Charlie went out there and took care of everything at no cost to my sellers. I was recommended to them by my neighbor and called first thing this morning (about 8:30) the women who answered the phone was absolute wonderful. Calmed my nerves and helped guide me through the situation. . Around 1pm I got a courtesy call they were on their way. Tom and Tyler were so polite and knowledgeable. They were extremely efficient and were in out with my air blowing cold air again within 30 minutes. They answered all my questions and even gave me tips. Thank you for the great customer service! The guys were very professional and were able to get to us much earlier than expected (furnace stopped on coldest and snowiest day of the season). The prices are reasonable and work is excellent! Highly recommend and will definitely be using them again!

This HVAC company is the best in town! I called a few days ago saying my furnace wasn't working, and they were there within a few hours to fix it! They got my furnace going and my home heated right away! I was so impressed with Charlie. As a realtor, I will be referring all my clients to CNO Heating and Cooling! Thank you CNO!!!!!!!

It's time for annual furnace maintenance! I was setup with C-N-O through an online service and I set up an appointment via text. The day of the service, I got a text from Tyler, the technician, saying he was 25-35 minutes out. He arrived promptly. Him and his coworker, Tom, were properly masked. I showed him the furnace, and he went to work.

Now, I've used a few different companies to service my HVAC, never really happy, only coasting by, until now. Tyler and Tom were thorough, checking out the furnace. Tyler informed me of a part that was aging out. I was skeptical at first, because I don't understand HVAC all that well, and I've heard of more than one story of technicians who are less than honest. That said, the price Tyler quoted me for the repair was quite reasonable and they've earned my trust. Overall, a good company and I look forward to seeing them in the Spring for my annual AC check.

First cold night in our new home and the furnace wouldn't kick on. Called CNO and they came the same day. Really nice guys, Charlie and Patrick, very thorough, very efficient. Turns out the thermostat hadn't been programmed properly. They fixed it, no problem, and charged a very fair price. We will definitely call CNO the next time we have HVAC issues. Highly recommended.

Their prices are the best in the area and they do great work! Furnace went out this morning and they were able to fit us in the same day. I can almost guarantee that we would have paid double with any other HVAC company. They were a life saver. We will definitely be using them again!

CNO did a fantastic job on installing our new heat pump. Best prices around! Efficiency has gone up and heating bills have gone down. Couldn't be happier with the new system. On time, professional and friendly service, would highly recommend!

I trust this company and I have never said that about another contractor. They are honest, less expensive than the competition, they are on time, do quality work, and are friendly.. Last year, they fixed our AC. Today, they fixed our hot water heater. I only wish they could fix every issue that arises from home ownership. Seriously, I can't say enough good things.
