C-N-O Comfort Zone Heating and Cooling

I wish I could rate them at 0. Our furnace went out on Friday night, so called Saturday morning. I scheduled an appointment with the lady that answered for someone to come out at 3:00. When no one had shown up by 430, I called and left a message asking if someone was still coming out. I then tried to call back 4 other times with no answer. I never received a call back, and no one ever showed up to look at my furnace. Terrible.

The guys have always showed up on schedule. Usually it's just a clean and check. That's what we want... no issues. When there have been any they are very easy and quick to fix. And easy on the wallet too. Great to deal with.
