Update: Absolutely the nicest, most honest repairmen I've seen in years! These guys are like what repairmen USED to be. They came in, diagnosed a minor issue , fixed it and were gone. They didn't try to sell me a new furnace, or expensive parts. They also didn't pad the labor. I almost fell over when they told us what we owed them, because it was extremely reasonable. I absolutely, positively recommend this company. That's my honest review.

I'll update this review later: I called 4 places for their cost to come out and diagnose our non-working furnace. CNO charges 50. and is able to come today at 6pm. Hoff charges 79. BB in Florissant 69. before 430pm, 165. after. Environmental charges 65. Of the 4, CNO was the ONLY one not filled with a couple of hundred fake Google 5 star reviews. What are those you ask?? They are businesses who have loads of 4 or 5 star reviews left by so-called customers, but here's the catch: the review is the ONLY review that customer has EVER left. They have left ONE review on Google, ever, and it's for that particular company. And there are hundreds just like them for that company. Suspicious? Oh yeah. CNO, on the other hand, has 3 Google reviews and 23 on another place that seem to be actual REAL reviews, not 300 fake 5-star reviews....

So, we're going with CNO. They're authorized Lennox dealers. We liked the fact that we weren't put through to a Call Center. I was actually able to speak with the guy who will be coming out today, Charlie. He was very nice.

Again, I'll update this after the job is done. So far, great!!

My AC was not performing well during the summer heat. I called around to get a few bids for a new AC as well as furnace since they both were very old. CNO gave a great bid, installed quality equipment, provided excellent customer service and gave me some tips to make my house more comfortable. They went above and beyond my expectations and I would recommend giving them a call when in need of HVAC work.

CNO has checked my AC and furnace twice a year for maintenance. Always thorough, professional and knowledgeable. AC started acting up last Friday night, called Charlie Saturday, he was at the house Sunday morning, unfortunately with bad news. However, a new AC unit, furnace and humidifier installed the next day for a reasonable price, no unexpected charges and no hard sell on things I didn't need. Very pleased with their HVAC service and I highly recommend CNO to anyone looking for a professional and local HVAC company.

Our AC went out over the summer, on a Saturday, of course. The guy came out within an hour. He was so nice and knowledgeable and honest. He got everything fixed and did not try to up-sell me. Highly recommend.

Charlie and his son have been out to the house a few times, excellent service every time. They installed a gas line for a ventless heater in our basement, yearly tune-ups for the heater and air conditioner. As well as Charlie walked me through some checks to get our heater going when it kept turning off on one of the coldest nights.
