Great crew. Professional. They explained everything and were receptive to my input as well. Timely, cleaned after. Great job - I’m very thankful and recommend them highly! (UPDATE) So...it was heating season when Budget installed my new mini split system. All good, toasty warm. My greatest pleasure has been since the cooling season arrived (Midwest June). Wow! So cool, so quiet! I am LOVING it!!!! Thanks again Budget.

My technician was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the issue to me and made sure I understood what needed to happen to fix it. The job was completed in a timely manner. I loved the text alerts, emails, and calls notifying me of arrival. Because of these I didn’t have to sit at home for several hours just waiting for his arrival.

I was so grateful for the plumber and his apprentice. Before they entered my home they made sure they covered their feet. This was awesome to me because I didn’t have to ask them. It was an expectation.

I was also really impressed with being aware of the difference between “resting” and “relaxing” while utilizing the restroom. It gave me a different perspective as well as an opportunity to learn how to care for my toilet properly.

I also enjoyed hearing how the plumber educated his apprentice. He was very firm but also understanding and patient while he explained the process and the reason for the process.

I am leaving a 5 star review for the technician alone and the employee I spoke to named Kayla. Our technician was amazing. He was kind and he made sure he did everything he could to get our heat running again and explained what he was doing along the way. Very professional and took the time to try and set up our nest before having to switch to a different one. He cleaned up after he was done, which in the past we have had people leave a mess. I was very thankful for him. Kayla the person I spoke to while trying to get an update was kind and took my information and passed it along like she said she would do.

What I was not happy with was the lack of communication from the office itself. Maybe it's old school but when you tell someone will call I expect to get a call even if it's not the news you want to hear. We were told our part would come in Friday and we would be called to schedule service. No call on Friday. Husband called Saturday and they told us sorry the part is here but it needs to be checked in and the guy had a family emergency. This would've have been totally fine, just call like you said you would and let us know. Then told we would be called Monday to get appointment set up. No call. Had to call up to the office again. They said oh yea the part is here let's get you on the schedule for tomorrow (Tuesday) so my concern is had we not called again, were we going to be called? I wish there was an option to give a separate review for the tech because he was great. Thanks.

We called budget for several plumbing issues and Budget was great. Their plumbers were on time, professional, and cleaned up after themselves. My wife interacted with them the most and she said they explained everything and spoke to her very professionally. The price of the service was very reasonable. We would recommend this company and would use their services again.

I've used this businesses before with my home owners insurance, so when I had ac problems, I called them again. Boy was that a mistake. Not only was I told it would be fixed same day, I was told nevermind, 9am the next day. 2pm rolls around and no one has called or showed, they said "sorry, we had to reschedule",.. they didn't tell me even. The man shows up, I pay him and give a tip... He left wires sticking out, and it is loud and doesn't work well. So when I called about it? They didn't get a hold of me until 3 days later, and I had called 2 times at that point. Now they sent the same man to fix it? Huhhh I guess budget was in the name

My technician was very polite and met all of our needs. He fixed our issue quickly and knew exactly what he was doing. The business has great customer service and answered all of our question thoughtfully and thoroughly. I would highly recommend Budget to anyone ! Great company and staff!

This seems to be a good company. They came out on time as promised and was very professional. The work was quick and they didn’t waste a lot of time. The only issue I had, and it was a big one is they told me there would be a $69 service fee for them to come out and tell me what was wrong. After the tech finished going over the system he gave me a price that was $129 more. He said the first fee was a dispatch fee and the other fee was a diagnostic fee. That really irritated me. Aside from that everything else was great.

John came to fix our water heater and bathroom sink the same day we called for service. He took the time to explain the issues and provided advice on ways to keep from occurring again. We have used Budget multiple times and have always had great service.
