Ever since we found Budget some years ago, they are the only company we call for HVAC and plumbing help. They are extremely reliable, always responsive, and they have always tried to help us find ways to save.

Everyone we’ve talked with — from the front office to the technicians who come to help — has been super kind, and has really listened to what we needed. Then they follow through with great service.

I can’t recommend them enough!

Had an absolutely wonderful experience with a technician named Paul. I have used Hoffman in the past and have not been satisfied. The level of service provided completely exceeded Hoffman in every way. Will use their services again in the future! Highly recommend

I have used this company for YEARS and never had a bad experience. I decide to hire them for their home maintenance program and that has turned out to be the worst experience I have ever had.
None of the technicians took full interest in a full inspection.
The AC person came out showed me my before picture ( which was filthy) and proceeded to clean it. I requested at least (4) times for after pics; I received s picture of the ax screen.
After MULTIPLE calls to Budget they send me someone and he takes the ENTIRE AC unit apart and cleans it. Why, because when he removed the outside screen the AC was still dirty( probably why I wasn’t getting any pics). Had to correct my name and email multiple times!
When this very nice man leaves my ACCstopped working. Now I reported this but to no avail! I asked for my money back because they hadn’t sent anyone to my home and it was hot in here. I decided I needed air for my family I couldn’t wait any longer for them so I hired another HVAC person. After their assessment it was determined that I now have a leak on my AC, there was no lore refrigerant and I would need to replace my unit. I provided this info to Budget who then refunded my $267 but disassociated themselves from the fact my AC was damaged by them. Now I have to replace a unit that worked perfectly fine before they touched it.
I am hiring an attorney and reporting them to the BBB and Attorney General as we speak.
All I want is my unit repaired and the money I paid the other HVAC company to be given back.
I have camera footage, my thermostat readings, time stamps of my house temperature up to and after their departure to prove they damaged my ac.
They have changed, there is no integrity and they need to figure out a way to fix my issue. I will not be letting this go.

Had them replace an outside spigot and then not even a year later it started leaking. I thought they would fix it for free but no I had to prepay for someone to come out on Saturday. When the plumber didn't show and I got no call, I called them and they had some excuse and they would be out later. I dedicated my morning to waiting for them and I wouldn't be home in the afternoon. I won't be using them again.

Each time I’ve used them they have been earlier than scheduled which is great considering being without air in hit weather and heat in the cold. Quick, friendly, great communication and problems solved. Would use them in a heartbeat if I encounter any other issue

I should have read all the negative comments prior to giving them this job ! They don’t actually do any repairs. I had a tech come to my home to see if something was wrong with my heating and fix it since, once in every couple of weeks heat blower would make weird noise. I had also told them on a phone prior to scheduling appointment that my motor might need cleaning. The technician was at my home for about 30 minutes , a very nice man. He told me nothing was wrong with my furnace however I might need to clean heat blower motors and coil of the furnace for better performance. He then charged $183.30 for that!!! I understand the 69.00 for the traveling fee but 114.30 extra to tell me to have my coil and motor cleaned, which I already knew and not having it actually cleaned ? For very job that I actually paid them. This company is a rip off. I will say the technician was very professional but the prices and representatives on the phone need some adjustments as well. I was told there was a flat rate fee of $69 for technician to show up and would charge rest for fixing stuff but was I was tricked to pay additional fee on site and no work was done. Beside minor inspection no repair or cleaning was actually done for what I was charged. I will never use this company again! They make up prices as they go!!

Update:- I called today for justification of charge since, no fixing was done on my stuff. I was told by their representatives that their technician charge $350/hour (which was not mentioned during scheduling call) when they step in our house even if they are not fixing stuff plus regular $69 for showing up. If this is not called rip off what is ?? Beware guys !!

Was connected through our home warranty company but they really took care of us. Our shower valve and all connected pipes was leaking into our basement. They had it all replaced and installed the new shower fixture we provided within a few hours.

They guys did a wonderful job. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I will continue to use this company for my plumbing needs and or heating and cooling needs

I have been managing a slow drain in my master bath, but it got to the point where I needed professional help and that’s exactly what I got. Brandon was incredibly professional and gave me tips on how to manage my drainage system so that he doesn’t have to come back anytime soon.

UPDATE: They are awful. The problem they claimed to fix is still ongoing. I paid the warranty company $100 and then paid them an additional $250 only for the problem to persist. Then when I call the office suddenly everyone is too disinterested to help fix the problem. They continue to promise that CJ is going to call me back. Clearly is far too busy to handle customer issues. They responded to my original 5-star review and stated that if I had a problem with the work they performed to reach out. Now that I have reached out with a complaint no one can help me, LOL. I have no idea who owns this company, but TERRIBLE is an understatement.
