Our ac unit ran into a hiccup with it working properly. They were out in less than 24 hrs, and resolved the issue quickly and had us back up and cooling within 45 minutes! The tech Matt was friendly, professional and super eager to help. Every experience we’ve had working with Budget has been great!

Aniedi was extremely helpful and walked me through the process. He offered different options/ solutions. Definitely will asked for him in the event I need to schedule work for my home. I also has a pleasant experience with the office staff when scheduling my appointments.

The repair man came way earlier than expected which was a nice surprise. He had to leave to pick up a part in another city about 20 min away so it took a little longer than expected but I appreciate the dedication to doing the job correctly. He was also super friendly and kept me updated. Now our AC is working perfectly

I feel reluctant to select stars, for all I know, they’ll do a fantastic job once they show up.

But we went through our home warranty company on Saturday to request someone look at our air conditioner, and were told they’d have someone out on Thursday. So today as I’m waiting on this call, I called back to check and the appointment has moved to a week later. The home warranty company confirms this, and says that one of Budget’s repairmen had an emergency. I’m empathetic to that, but how does that move me a WEEK further back? We’ve had hundred degree temps this week by the way, so it’s miserable here and more people’s AC units are crapping out: if I cancel with Budget I’ll likely be moved even further back.

I just don’t see why one tech missing an appointment makes my service call a week later.

I had a very positive experience with my plumbing situation. Although my repair has not yet complete, Darryl was professional, responsive and kind. I look forward to hearing from them soon.

We had budget heating and cooling install a complete new system after getting several estimates from other companies, we narrowed it down to this company. They gave us two estimates for different size units. We went with the larger of the two. After installing it, we realized it is too small for this home, we made several attempts, and several people did come out and admit fault. Each time someone came out admitted fault then passed the buck to the next person. In total I contacted this company no less than 2 dozen times last speaking with Jonathan who promised to call the next day with a possible solution but the call never came. I have tried several times to reach out after this with no return call. We also had another company verify this unit is indeed the wrong size for this house. My next step will be to reach out to our lawyer and see if we can get anywhere this way. Please do not use this company!!

The bottom line is the nobody wants to pay for more than they need. I knew I needed a repair on old AC. Turned out to be a motor. Technician gave me a price and was able to troubleshoot some issues to make it all work. Even had to do some running around to find a part and a service call elsewhere.

On time polite and straightforward technician without being pushy even though every HVAC company preaches new system sales 😆. Was not going to pay All that but certainly the repair seemed fair enough.
My system is running and I'm happy.
It's 2023 and I can't compare prices to every single company to tell you if it was quality or of value one day after repair. Hopefully all is well.

Shawn went above and beyond what was expected of him and did an amazing job going the extra mile....his co worker Jason was superior with his work. Both worked so hard to get the job done beyond expectations would recommend this company (Shawn and Jason specifically) for any heating and or cooling work you need. You won't be disappointed...:)

The company is very professional, courteous, and have excellent communication skills. They called me right away. Setup an appointment with me. They came right out diagnosed the problem ordered the parts that were needed and had it repaired in no time. The technicians were polite and courteous with a lot of professionalism. I would definitely recommend them to others.

The pricing for the hose Bibb and coming out was very confusing. Was told $69 for the person to come out. PERIOD!!! When he got there it was $69 and $129 for his assessment of the problem. Then there was a price for fixing the problem over $400+. I told him I would talk with my husband. He told me the price and they would subtract the $129 or $69. Not sure — very confusing. The guy who came out called because he himself was confused. The guy he spoke to said the $69 is for the girl who took the call. The $129 was for the guy who came out. Never heard of anything like this. They waived the $69 but Budget was the highest price that was quoted to me but he was there and ready to work so I took it. The guy (Brandon) who did the work was very professional and he did a good job. I was unable to see if it no longer leaks and was asked to wait 24 hrs. So I will know soon. If I have any problems I was told to give Budget a call.
