Budget Heating, Cooling & Plumbing

.Repair person advised us “flue not lined” for our gas heater which we knew to be untrue and only after we told him that it was indeed lined did he proceed to say the lining needed to be replaced.
He then pressured us to replace furnace since our AMERICAN HOME SERVICES warranty would now be void. Got an independent inspection of flue and it was fine.

Have used the company for years and the past 6 months have been awful. No costumer service, no phone calls back. Techs trying to over bill. Will not use them again. I would rather pay more for more professional techs and better costumer service.

Budget was professional and their repairmen were excellent. The repairmen were very helpful and informative. I did have a couple of times no one got back to me from the office but once I got in touch with the right person she was extremely helpful. I would recommend.

John was very professional from the moment I opened the door. He was able to explain things to me and fix the issue that I was having in a timely manner. He actually waited awhile to make sure my issue was fixed. This gave him the opportunity to see something else was off so he addressed that issue as well
