I would highly recommend Budget A/C Heating & Plumbing LLC. I've received service on 2 separate occasions. Very professional, knowledgeable, courteous. Both Brandon and Josh went above and beyond. Absolutely excellent.

AHS warranty sent Budget Heating co for the service call., the second time in 12 months. They dusted off the connector on the control board the first time they came out and left. The system could limp for another part of the winter in 2023 and stop. I called my proffered HVAC co since it was the weekend, and AHS had no one to send for a service call. The Budget tech asked what was wrong but added another problem to having the AHS deny the coverage. Thinks twice before you use this company, Budget Heating and cooling!

This is the company for your heating and cooling needs! They are very professional on time and did not take a long time to answer my service request, I have had several heating and cooling companies from America home shield and this was the best company I had from them in years they were very knowledgeable about my furnace. I had a technician by the name of Cameron he did a great job! Thanks again

Very friendly, professional and on time service technicians. They also graciously improved and resolved a recall issue were experiencing. I will definitely request Budget Heating and Cooling for our future HVAC issues.

Customer service called to set up an appointment time within minutes of requesting service. They were also very courteous and friendly. Service Technician Josh was able to complete both jobs within an hour. Very happy with the work performed.

They where able to get me booked same day. Service was great, AC was working again before the Technician left.

They did mediocre work at best but didn’t communicate what they were doing and the cost of it very well. I was finishing my basement and they added almost $3,000 onto my total bill stating they had to move the floor drain for the shower and it would require a floor break in my foundation. I trusted the “experts” but when it was all done, they just moved it over about a foot and a half so my bathroom would be bigger. A complete rip off. They also scratched my upstairs flooring dragging the jack in to break my foundation flooring. Not having much experience with plumbing, I was also under the impression they would run water lines for a toilet, sink, and shower. My understanding with the guy who did the estimate is that would include shut off valves and hooking it up to the sink, toilet, and shower. After all of the work and about $6k later, I have copper lines that go to nothing and have no shut off valves. I now have to do additional work to get all of this finished on my own and have a bigger bathroom I never really wanted. This company is only looking to make money and not take care of their customers. I would not recommend them to anyone. I could go on with my list of complaints but don’t have time since I’ll be finishing the work they didn’t but overcharged me for.

Technician was very professional and knowledgeable. Was very pleased with the fact that company rescheduled an appointment for the same day when part came in.

Had a stopped drain in my basement, went through my home warranty for service, paid their $100 fee, they send out Budget. Budget comes out, sees I don't have a stackpipe by my basement drain, tell the warranty company that's the reason for the stoppage so my claim is denied. Budget then proceeded to tell me that in order to have a stack pipe installed it would cost over $3,000. They could not get my drain unclogged, said I would have to pay $100 for a camera inspection and that I would probably need to get on my municipality's Sewer Lateral program. The charge for this nonservice $221, drain still stopped up! None of this set right with me so the following morning I called Roto-Rooter who came out and had my drain unclogged in less than 2 hours for a fee of $509 and advised all I needed was a lintrap, which I bought for $8.00, to prevent lint from getting in the drain...had nothing to do with not having a stackpipe. Between the warranty company and Budget I gave away $321. BEWARE!!

I received Budget's response but it still does not explain why I paid Budget over $200 to clear a drain that they were not able to clear but another company came less than 24 hours later and cleared the drain in less than 2 hours.

Both Dave and Gabe were great, knowledgeable and it was obvious that they both really cared about their work and doing things properly.
