I highly recommend this company. I wanted to give a special thank you to the technician name Kevin that was sent to my home. He did and excellent job fixing my water heater problem and I also had some other issues going on at the time he was there and he even helped me with that and some advice on the issues that was causing the problem. I really appreciate his kindness and helping me, it was greatly appreciated!! It is good when you have someone who provides great customer service!!!

On my second call I was equally impressed! The knowledge they provided for my garbage disposal and in checking out my water heater was thorough and I feel better equipped as a homeowner. They seem to have top notch people working for them. Trustworthy and knowledgeable!

Technician was quick to find the issue, fix it and he was gone. Super nice guy, and was training an apprentice too. In and out in 30 min with a water leak upstairs. Super professional, good teacher overall fantastic service. Would recommend for anything plumbing. Thank you!

The fact that Budget was able to get me scheduled a day earlier, was fantastic. Ally was able to fit me in as someone had cancelled. Ryan the tech was courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and professional.

Josh is great! Highly recommended. He is patient. Explains things in a way to make sure you understand. Shows you how to install things on your own to save you money and very knowledgeable!

Mike was excellent! He took the time to answer all our questions and help us understand all about our systems. We will definitely use them again!

The AC was not cooling. Sean put in a new coil & several other pipes. It is starting to cool! Thank God, we have been without central air x one month. The temp. is getting hotter & hotter! AC is required for older folks like us!!

Great experience with the service personnel, Derrek. Very professional and got the issue with our faucet fixed. All the while walking us through the process. He also discounted the cost to factor in a part of the service that was diagnosed but not required! Thanks, and we highly recommend Budget plumbing and heating!
