Budget was tagged by my home warranty company to take a look at my A/C which wasn't cooling. The appt was for after Noon and their guy, Cameron Z., was here at 12:30. He listened attentively while I went over the steps I had already taken, then gave the unit a good cleaning and going over. He was professional, friendly, and was done in about 45 min. A/C is running cold again. I would definitely recommend this company.

Brandon was amazing and so professional! He explained the process and completed the job flawlessly.

My furnace stopped working on Wednesday. I called on Thursday for an appointment and was able to schedule for the very next day. On Friday the technician quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue and was very professional and courteous.

Timely and professional service every time. Had a minor plumbing crisis that needed timely attention, the team at Budget took this into consideration and got someone out to fix the problem same day on a busy Monday.

Our installer Paul and his assistant were great. They were on time clean and very professional about what they were doing. 👏 👍 😀 😉 We are very happy with there personally and performance.

The techs were great and the work was done well. But even though I asked for an additional service at the quoting stage and I told them about the extra work in a convo, they added an extra $427 at the last minute. It felt like bait and switch.

The technicians arrived arrived at a decent time. I explained the issues I was having the my garbage disposal and the attempts that I did fix the problem myself. They knew exactly how to fix it and found that a spoon unknowingly fell down in it .

We had a difficult blockage that was impacting our kitchen and laundry rooms. The technicians took the time to understand how one blockage was impacting both rooms, cleared it, and then took the extra time to stress test with as much water as possible to make sure it was clear all the way. We also observed an apprentice being trained on our issue who we are sure will be well prepared when they are working on their own.
