I contacted budget heating and cooling regarding a broken pipe under the slab of my home. The tech Josh was up front about the process and pricing. The company themselves doesn't work directly with home owner's insurance, but they fixed my pipe and floor in one day.

Just wanted to say this company lives up to their name budget that’s exactly what you’re going to get Call the company to come out and do some plumbing work for my mothers home. They came out and gave us a quote great then they came out actually do the work so they couldn’t do anything that there was gonna be more work that needed to be done that they had to come out a third time to give another set another quote they were gonna charge us $200 just to get under the trailer not to work on it but just to see what was wrong and add it to the quote told them know so they came out the third time for the quote quote is exactly the same amount for the quote. The third time in again nothing was done, so I finally just went with another company because this company literally lives up to their name if at all possible I want my $69 back because nothing was done. They didn’t even do it the quote the correct way the first three times they came out.

Leo was a great technician! He came out and got right to business. I would definitely recommend him and the company.

The whole team was professional, well mannered, helpful and I would recommend them to others. They installed an air conditioner, furnace, and a water heater in my home in two days and so far I am pleased with their work.

Our serviceman, Derek(?) was aMAzing! He had worked a really long day and still came out and took care of our 2 issues. He was super friendly and polite the whole time.

My heater was acting up… They were actually early. The gentleman was extremely professional. He did the work and left couldn’t ask for anything better. Most importantly, he analyze the entire system to make sure he knew what was going on.

I had a tech come to my home to see if something was wrong with my heating. He was at the home for about 45 minutes , a very nice man. He told me nothing was wrong but I need to keep my door open where the furnace is to allow cool air to get in. He then charged 427.00 for that!!! I understand the 69.00 for the traveling fee but 300 extra to tell me to keep a door open! My parents use them all the time and have never been charged that much to diagnose an issue, I called the call center and was assisted by a very RUDE representative. She told me I’m not sure if our prices went up and that’s what it is if you don’t pay it we’re going to send it to collections. The service man told me that , that’s just what their hourly fee is then why wasn’t I told that when I asked about pricing upon making the appointment? Or before he started to look around? He literally told me to keep a door open and get a new air filter, everything else was in good condition. This company is a rip off. I will say the technician was very professional but the prices and representatives on the phone need some adjustments. Me and my parents will never use this company again! They make up prices as they go!!
