Nathan & Dillon showed up on time and began work immediately. They must work in tandem with each other as everything proceeded in an orderly fashion. Periodically Nathan would explain what was happening and gave periodic status reports. Cole came in the afternoon to finalized the installation and do programming of the systems. Very pleasant young men and dedicated to getting the job done properly and on time. Excellent cleanup after installing new system and hauled away all old equipment. Absolutely no mess left behind. So glad I contacted Stay Cool, with Eric providing options available and was very knowledgeable of all products. We are very pleased with Stay Cool Climate Control.

The Stay Cool Team was amazing! We are finishing our basement and needed duct and vents installed before we could finish framing. We called last week and they were able to get us scheduled quickly (within a couple of days). They showed up on time, were very professional and discussed the project before starting work to ensure that they had an understanding of our goals which helped identify work that we had missed in our initial communication. They completed the installation within one day and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend Stay Cool Climate Control and will use them on future projects.

Nathan B and Stay Cool are my summer hero! We had a very small quick time frame due to our schedule to get our AC up and running before 100 degrees hit the area, and he really came through identifying 3 issues that were not identified by our old company who had been out 2x in the last three weeks charging us hundreds only to have system stop running again. Nathan was knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and got our house cool! The gentleman who took my call after hours, I believe name was Jeremy, was also very polite and helpful with our schedule situation. We are leaving a company we have used for 8 years to give our business to Stay Cool after such a wonderful experience.

Had Stay Cool installed a complete system installed today and Nathan and Dillon did a remarkable job ,explained everything they did and when finished walked both my wife and I and showed us the complete system and all setting.They cleaned up and looked great...

Incredible service provided. We came home to a broken AC today. I did a Google search and came up with Stay Cool. I called and spoke to Carter who asked me several relevant questions and didn't try to hurry me along, even though it was the end of his day. After that, Carter informed me they could get a tech out to me in about an hour.

Cole, the technician that arrived did a very thorough check to diagnose what was wrong. Unfortunately, the compressor decided it was done working.

Cole explained what likely happened and what my options were related to repairing or replacing the compressor. After a short conversation, I decided that the best option was replacing the entire system.

Cole wrote up a list of several options with differing levels of price and performance. He explained the benefits and features of each unit without coming off as a pushy salesman. He presented us with the specs and let us make our decision.

After we decided on our new unit, he helped the process along by setting up the financing and making sure we had everything completed to get the ball rolling on the install.

Besides how professional Cole was, he was very polite and patiently answered my questions and even played with my son a little bit. It's rare to have that kind of person providing you a service.

I can't possibly say enough about how impressed I am with this company. I wouldn't and won't hesitate to use them again, especially since they're a small business owned and operated out of OFallon. We received 10 out of 5 stars service.

Highly Recommended! My AC failed and Cole from Stay Cool came out, was able to diagnose a bad blower motor, and then got the parts and installed it all in the same day. Reasonable prices. Will gladly work with this company when it comes time to replace the entire system eventually.

I had Cole out to my house to service our A/C system. He did a great job taking care of some small repairs and was very honest and friendly. Stay Cool is a great company to do business with an would recommend them to anyone.

Overall, Stay Cool Climate Control is a great local company. Good employees, prompt service, and competitive prices. The technician, Cole was very approachable, knowledgeable, and thorough when diagnosing my HVAC system. The company was responsive with my call, flexible with working with my schedule while also arriving on time for my appointment. Their prices are also fair. I find only good things to say about Stay Cool Climate Control! Nice to have a reliable local HVAC company that makes one feel like a valued customer. Would definitely recommend and will personally do business again in the future.

After a horrendous experience with another company, I called Stay Cool for a second opinion and they were amazing! Right away, Carter was so helpful and positive on our phone call and he let me know that they could get someone out in a few hours. Earlier than expected he called back and let me know that Cole was on his way. Cole was incredibly helpful and super knowledgeable. I told him about my bad experience with another company and he listened to me 100% and did more on his service call than the other company did, and my original concerns of a bad capacitor was right. Cole happily fixed the issue and got my AC working again. And knowing that our AC unit was 30+ years old, we got a quote for a whole new unit with them that they’ll be back to install next week! Absolutely outstanding service, and they fixed all of my issues for HALF what the bigger name company was going to charge me. I will use them again in the future and recommend them to everyone I know.
