Faszold worked on our workplace air conditioner in St. Charles. They communicated difficulties and timing with us well (we are in a group of buildings where our roof must be accessed from inside another business), and were fantastic to work with. When our other site in Chesterfield had their air conditioner break down, we called Faszold and they were out to the business and had it fixed within three hours. Fast, excellent service and communication. I would highly recommend them to everyone in the area!

The technicians that replaced our new HVAC system did a great job. They were very courteous, detail oriented, and ensured that everything they put in was consistent with current standards. They explained the process in detail, and ensured we knew how to adjust the system prior to departure. We are very pleased with our new system, and highly recommend them without hesitation.

We wanted to get a tankless water heater and Dan made the process of getting the financing through the gas company, getting the install appointment set up, completing the application as easy as possible. The 2 installers did an excellent job, quick and quiet with getting it installed. Very thorough and cleaned up any debris left from the old water heater. This company was originally referred to us for air conditioner cleaning, but we have been very happy with all the services that we have had them do.

We were very pleased with our service from Faszold Heating and Cooling. We decided to have a humidifier installed on our current furnace. All the information and pricing were given to us upfront, including the tip of a $50 on-line coupon. Tim, our service installer, was very professional and patient explaining all the details of the install and workings of the humidifier. We have worked with Faszold for over ten years and never think to go elsewhere.

Not only did Faszold deliver everything promised, they did it on time and their technicians, John and Kent, we're couteous, professional, and they left my home exactly as they found it. They provided a friendly introduction of the team, clear day plan for the installation, protection of total home work, worked efficiently, cleaned up, and explained thoroughly how the systems worked and proper maintenance. Dan Faszhold helped me to replace my furnace when my old one broke. They gave the best price when I was shopping, followed by great service when installing the equipment and after installation. They even offered me to replace my furnace nearly a year after when I complained about the loud noise. They truly care about their customers. I highly recommend them.

I've been a customer of Faszold for about 14 years. I see them twice a year for checkups on my heat & air. Well it was finally time to get a new system. Kevin was the technician that came & was very knowledgeable. He explained everything & wasn't pushy at all. The system was installed today by Dave & Steve. They got right on it & worked hard for hours. When they were done they did an excellent job cleaning up. Dave spent quite awhile explaining things to me & showing me the system. I would recommend Faszold to anyone. They are friendly & polite but most importantly I trust what they say. You can't go wrong with Fazold!
