Sorry I’m a little late in my review.
On Oct 8th we had our A/C Furnace,
Water Heater installed with Faszold Heating and Cooling.
They did and excellent job. Took a total of 6hrs and 40 minutes to install.
There were 3 installers. Can’t recall their names. Very professional. Cleaned up at the end of the job. I would definitely recommend Faszold for your Heating and Cooling jobs.

Aden from Faszold did an A+ Five Star job today saving my air conditioner system from a blown capacitor. He went above and beyond securing the capacitor and explaining every step of the process. I am super pleased with his service and Faszold Heating and Cooling.

Just had a new HVAC system installed by Faszold. The entire process was very professional and reasonably priced. Michael, our salesman, really took the time to ask the right questions, so we got the system we actually needed, and he did not try to oversell you with a more expensive system. Our installers Mike and Kent were excellent and efficient. Would highly recommend to everyone!

My A/C wasn’t working and I chose to call Faszold because of a recommendation from a coworker. They returned my call within 15 minutes and had someone out the next day. Jason was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and honest. I was so impressed with the entire experience, from start to finish, that I am now a loyal customer! I highly recommend Faszold!

We have had Faszold service our HVAC many years, always a good experience. Last week we had an old AC replaced Josh, Mike and Steve worked on it they did a great job! We had an issue a week later and it was resolved quickly by Sean. This company and employees are great to work with we highly recommend them.

Johns and Josh did a great job with our HVAC replacement. They were on time, went over everything they would do right at the start, and then explained everything they did once they had finished. They tested everything to make sure it was all working before they left. They also left the basement and exterior nice and clean and free of debris. The whole day was easy, and they were both very friendly. Really good crew, and very pleased with their work!

Within minutes of calling and leaving a message after hours on the weekend, Jason returned my call quickly and was able to come out within a few hours to repair my furnace. He found the problem right away and what I thought would take hours, he repaired and cleaned everything in under an hour. I wasn't sure what it would cost but not having a working furnace when it was nearing 0 outside, I was shocked at how reasonable and affordable their prices were, especially for a weekend call.
Being a single woman owning a home, and not knowing what I needed to be doing, I completely trusted Jason and Faszold business. I love that they are a family owned business and I highly recommend them to anyone for future needs.

The Faszold family has been doing excellent work for my parents for over 10 years, and now they have for me as well.

They recently got me an amazing deal on an exceptionally quiet, efficient furnace and humidifier, as well as adding a gas line for a new range at my first home. Seriously high quality work and my house is more comfortable than it has ever been, especially with the new humidifier.

Their team explains everything up front and then follows up with you once the work is done to explain exactly what they did, how to operate it, and what maintenance to perform. They even addressed some code issues with my water heater while they were there to make sure everything was good to go.

These guys are seriously the best!

The technician called to update me on his arrival time. He covered his shoes to prevent tracking anything on my carpet. He performed a very thorough maintenance check on my furnace and A/C. My A/C was not working when he arrived, but he quickly found the failed component and got me going again. As always, very happy with the professionalism and fair value I receive from Faszold. Now that they are part of Classic Aire Care, I have to change my review. I called them in October to schedule my fall tune up under my maintenance contract. They gave me a December 29th date. Unfortunately I encouraged my daughter to purchase a maintenance contract from them. She did so and ended up paying $900 for A/C service with another firm because Faszold said they were booked and could not get to her for a few days. SO MUCH FOR SERVICE PRIORITY. There committment to taking care of their loyal customers has ended.

After several bids, quotes and research I landed on Faszold because I felt like they really cared about us having the correct products for a new furnace and air conditioning unit for our house. Mike personally took the time to find out our needs and not just sell. From the sale through the install everyone we encountered were true professionals. The install guys were prompt and focused on the work and our needs as customers and took the time to review everything with the new products including the new thermostat. Thank you for the excellent work! I am a very picky customer and I’d highly recommend Faszold.
