Metro is my go to when things go wrong! I’ve had a furnace, water shut offs & most recently plumbing for new sink/faucet put in. Always professional & explain everything with no surprises. I’m updating an older home built in 1958 and Metro is always here the next day or even same day service at a great price. They have beat all competition quotes. Can’t go wrong with having Metro take care of your plumbing, heating & cooling needs.

Greatly impressed with the thoroughness, attention to detail and overall communication from Metro. Install of new HVAC system went well and I greatly appreciated how efficiently Al, Matt and Kyle worked together to complete the install and how neat and orderly they left my basement. Not to mention Al's patience with all my questions 😁. From the initial appointment and estimating process with Roy, through scheduling to installation, was a pleasure to work with true professionals. Wow! We had a difficult install of a water heater & our tech Cameron Carlson was so professional, honest,ethical very happy with this company stayed on budget & would recommend them to anyone this is how great business is done!!

Metro was amazing. Roy was thorough with the bid and explanation. The crew was on time, polite and the work is impeccable.
They removed old dryer venting and put in new (and up to code) and then vented to the outside.
When the gentleman were leaving I looked out my kitchen window and they even swept the driveway!

Our experience with Metro Heating and Cooling was perfect! Josh, the supervisor, went way beyond the call of duty in many ways, including spending a lot of time patiently explaining and demonstrating how our new thermostat works. Josh, Josh and Andy were personable and professional. We can't recommend them enough.

Eric came out and evaluated our needs and presented a thorough and favorable solution. We had an old supplementary furnace that was no longer in use as well as a heating unit in a wall that we wanted to remove.

Brock and Matt arrived punctually on the date set and did a great job of removing unnecessary hardware and did a great job of rerouting the natural gas line. I was also impressed with
Brock as he explained details to Matt to build experience.

We look forward to having them back in a few months to install a gas heater for the garage.
