Big shout out to Al who came and fixed our new A/C last Tuesday! Al was very professional and did a thorough job to install the replacement condenser unit. Also big shout out to Amy in the office! She worked relentlessly to get us the replacement condenser unit. It's great to have a working A/C in this hot weather. We have always been happy with the work that the Metro Heating & Cooling team for the maintenance of our old furnace and A/C and with the installation of our new high efficiency furnace and A/C last fall. Our heating bills last winter were lower! Thanks for the great job Metro Heating & Cooling! You guys are awesome!
Brian was prompt, friendly and courteous. He checked over our furnace as a fall tune up appointment. He was professional n explaining his findings after performing the service; even gave me a tip on the operation of the thermostat. He also have info on a furnace and a/c combo tuneup for the future. We will definitely contact Metro for that service next fall.
They were VERY responsive to my urgent call for help during really cold weather! The technician, Jalen, was professional and it was obvious that he was very knowledgeable! I have used this company for a number of years now and am very happy with their service!
Jalen helped repair our heating system in our townhouse unit. Our heating system was down for a few days with an internal temperature of 47° and Jalen showed up late on a Friday evening before the Christmas holiday and stayed extra late fixing and repairing all the problems. Jalen even went above and beyond, and showed myself exactly what the problem was, how it could be remedied in the future, and how if we were to lose power again to fix those problems. He was a very respectful and classy gentleman who didn’t have to spend the extra time to show me all the extra things he did but he stayed behind to reassure myself that the heating set up is now going to work. It was a pleasure working with him, as I was losing hope in customer service, but Jalen re-assured to me that there are still good people out there that do well and will go above and beyond to make sure their service is 100% up to standards. Hold on to this one, he’s going to be a good one and he should be taken care of. Thank you Jalen, I wish you well and hope you have a wonderful and safe holiday weekend!
Only a small job. Just had a leaky outside tap. Tech showed up and replaced a washer to stop the leak but still need a new tap that would require cutting up the drywall inside - a $595 estimate. That's all fine, but I found this company via an add in the mail with a $30 off any repair coupon. The terms were to present coupon at the time of service, which I did while the tech was still here, but after he ran my card. He said I would have to call the office to get the credit. After 2 calls, the manager finally called back to say he would NOT be giving me a credit because the card company charges them too much. I asked about a check, but he said they don't write checks. When I asked how much they would be charged to credit me the $30, he said $15, so I asked him to split the difference and credit me $15. He promised me he would do it. I suspected that he was blowing me off and would never follow thru. So far it has been over 10 days and NO credit. Needless to say, I will be finding a different plumbing company to replace the tap next spring.
Chapter 2: They came through with a $50 credit. Apparently it was an honest oversight which I totally understand. All is forgiven.
We had gotten a quote from Metro in early 2020 for AC installation and weren’t able to do it at the time due to COVID restrictions. Recently, we reached out again. Getting a second quote was easy as anything and I called to book and was able to get installation the next day. Already we are loving our central air and the team was excellent — responsive, quick, professional. I would recommend Metro to anyone. They also did our furnace.
Metro heating and cooling was phenomenal. To me punctuality is the soul of good business and good business is what they do. Professional plumber Mitch Vetter did a fantastic job installing our new water heater. Not only was the price great, but modifications were need to be made and everything was done perfectly. On time, efficient, great price and great quality! Highly highly recommend using metro heating and cooling for anything plumbing related!!
