We needed to get a new boiler and had multiple places come out to do a bid. Not only was Metro the best value, but they were so easy to work with. Andrew S and Josh A were our two technicians, and they did a fantastic job. Then, once they finished, Andrew didn't laugh at us (at least not to our faces) when we had him give us a step by step guide on how to do everything with our new boiler. (We took copious notes and, again, he didn't laugh.) Our new boiler takes up SO much less space, is energy efficient, and we're so pleased with our experience with Metro Heating and Cooling.

Jalen came to do furnace tune-up today. He is very responsive, knowledgeable and professional. For example, he used shoe covers when he came in and kept our place clean. He followed CDC guideline to keep distance. Not only did he perform the job, he went beyond and provided us additional info we may need. We appreciate his professionalism and expertise. I am a long term client for metro heating and cooling. During many services I have hired them in the past, none of them disappointed me. I am very glad that I found this company whose value is to genuinely help people, provide affordable solutions, do the right thing and have business ethics.

Water heater went out last Friday and we wanted to replace with a tankless unit. Matt was extremely responsive on the front end assessment, talked us through options, and ASAP scheduling. The real “gem” in the replacement was Andrew S. who was out today for the install. Our utility space is extremely tight and Andrew had the vision to readjust the configuration of the water softener and salt tank to maximize the room for both units, alleviate issues I had with the room, and ultimately allowed for better flow & maintenance access for all. With this layout - the piping (water & gas) was run extremely “clean” and very well done. I will definitely call Metro again and would ask for Andrew S for sure…. 5 stars. Thanks!!!

Just wanted to say called them out for a repair. Once again 2/3/23 Metro Heating came through for us. We hope that this will be a lifetime relationship All I can say is I hope everyone calls Metro Heating for install & repairs you can’t go wrong. Other companies can tell you they can do work for you, but this company does do what they say and will do it right 100% to your satisfaction. Thank you again Metro Heating .

I live in a 1930's home and had a basement drain that was flooding a bit when the washing machine ran. I compared quotes with 3 other companies and Metro was nearly half the price than the other companies. Super friendly and informative technicians too, Chad and Shane were timely and communicative, going above and beyond!

Update: Months later, I also had a boiler technician, Jessie, come by to look at some rogue radiators that were heating up in the summer. He was informative and gave me next step options that worked for me. So happy to have another great Metro Heating experience.

Our very old furnace went out while we were out of town. Classic! Metro Heating & Cooling diagnosed the problem, gave us a competitive bid to install a new, high-efficiency furnace in our old house ($5,700, including the installation of two stories of new venting), and performed a tricky install—all within about 36 hours. The new furnace operates perfectly. Metro Heating's team that worked with us (Travis, Corey, Austin, Andrew, Keith, and Amy) were swift, professional, and had excellent communication throughout.

And actually, we got another comparable bid for the project from another HVAC company, and when we told them we went with Metro Heating, they said even though they were competitors, they respect Metro Heating's work and that we'd made a good decision. We will absolutely be relying on them for all our HVAC work in the future.

Roy was recommended from a friend, and he did not disappoint. He was honest about his initial thoughts and quote and we felt great about it compared to other quotes. Al and Cody did great in installing the new units, and were very friendly and informative in their fields. Highly recommend them and their company, and will continue to go to them everything HVAC.

The guys , Travis, Aaron, and Al , were very professional, from the first visit they made sure we understood what water heater was best for us , the install was done very quickly, and professional, they showed us how to work the new water heater, and they even cleaned up after they were done! Excellent service! Would definitely recommend METRO HEATING &COOLING.

Great service as always. Metro has helped me on multiple occasions since I’ve moved to the twin-cities. Jalen was really helpful getting my thermostat working, and was really kind and professional.
