Metro Heating & Cooling

In all of our interactions with Metro, they exceeded our expectations. We got five different estimates for a new furnace in a 100-year-old house we're renovating, and right off the bat, Metro was the most willing to think outside the box about how to make the system work the best, both in terms of efficiency and use of existing structures and in terms of aesthetics. They also fell in the middle of the price range for the job. Then, when Rick and Matt, the technicians who were going to install the system showed up, we immediately felt like they were collaborators on the project, willing to listen to our ideas and add their expert opinions about how to solve various problems and get the most out of our investment. The installation went great and they left the place spotless. But wait, there's more! About a week after the installation, I noticed that the furnace had stopped working and called Metro. They got somebody out the next morning and fixed the problem, which was due to operator error, no charge. (I had kept the temp way too low when I was working in the house--around 50F--during below-zero weather, and the direct vent had built up condensation that froze). Then, about another week later, I noticed a little condensate pooling in one of the chambers where I didn't expect to see it. Again, Metro had somebody show up the next morning and fix the problem, which was a loose, factory installed hose clamp. Again, no charge. When I thanked the guy for that, he said, "Hey, Metro's got your back." That pretty much sums it up.

I have always been happy with Metro Heating and Cooling and I have been calling them for almost 10 years now. The technician, Jalen, was efficient, courteous, gave me good information, and answered my questions.

The Metro Heating & Cooling team was an absolute pleasure to work with. They made the experience enjoyable and walked me through their processes to help me understand the project at hand. I had two other (well known) Heating & A/C companies Come out to diagnose my broken Mini-split heating system. Both of these companies quoted me several thousands of dollars to replace the main interior coil of my system.
Fortunately, I then contacted Metro Heating & Cooling.
Expert technician Mike D. came out and figured out what was wrong with my system (lose wires) Within 2 hours, my Mini-split was up and running.
I ended up saving almost 3,500.00!
I am so appreciative of this companies expertise and honesty!

Had a water heater leaking, I was able to get them in the same day to look at it and repair a couple days later. Mark and Al came out and got it done quick and everything has held up a week later.

The only thing I'm annoyed about was having to pay the service fee to have them tell me that the old water heater was broken beyond repair.

Other than that, would use them again.

Metro came out on very short notice to fix a leaking mainline water shut off valve inside my house. They got it fixed promptly for $305. Just before they arrived, Roto Rooter had been at my house and wanted $1,950 for the same work, which struck me as outrageous. I would use Metro again and felt the service was professional, fair, and prompt!

We came home from vacation to find no heat in the house. We have dealt with two businesses unsuccessfully before calling Metro Heating. Roy came to our house the same day and gave us personable services and a reasonable estimate. Within a day or two, Cory and Austin came to install the furnace. Cory and Austin exhibited competence and exemplary customer service. I thank Metro Heating for the workers they have. I would highly recommend Metro Heating without any reservations.

Twice yearly I have Metro inspect my furnace and air conditioning/ I always get great feedbackon what has been done. This year I also added a Humidifier. So happy with them glad to do a referral!

Young Jalen did a fast, efficient job, was friendly and thorough in his tune-up of my A/C. Metro’s annual inspections and tune-ups of my furnace, A/C and water provide great peace of mind.
