This is the 3rd time I’ve had Metro Heating help me with an urgent situation with my heat - and as with the previous times service was spot on! Very quick, fair, transparent and helpful to resolve my issue. Can’t say enough good things about Metro Heating (:

Today TJ and Austin from Metro Heating and Cooling replaced our 19 year old furnace and air conditioner with Rheem products. They were punctual, extremely professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. Their workmanship is second to none and if asked I will surely recommend this company.

I love this company. Tim is the best! We have an older system that needs occasional repairs and more than once, Tim finds a solution that winds up costing significantly less than originally expected. They were very professional and took care to clean up. When inside our home, they were careful of covering our white carpet as they went in and out of the house.

My water heater tank went out right before Christmas. Called a couple of places and decided to go with Metro heating & Cooling. Phillip arrived and had the old one out and new one installed in no time. He updated the old valves to code, walked me through what all the valves were for and how to re-pilot the tank if needed. I had so many questions and he was so patient and listened to all of my concerns. Having no hot water in the dead of Winter was a completely humbling experience. They did such a good job. Friendly workers who answer all your questions and explain things very well. I'm happy with everything. So far I've gotten a new furnace and water heater put in by Josh A. and Josh W. And last summer I got a new ac. I'm happy with everything. Metro Heating and Cooling is my new go-to! They added a new zone to our basement and installed repurposed cast iron radiators that I provided. I worked with Eric to figure out the scope of the project. He was knowledgeable and prompt and made recommendations for the sizing, placement, and number of the radiators. After getting 3 other quotes, Metro came back with the most reasonable price. Their proposal resulted in the least amount of disruption to our existing manifold and made it clear that they were well versed in this work. Isaiah and Matthew showed up on time, took the time to talk through the game plan, and did an awesome job! I will recommend Metro to anyone looking for heating and cooling work.
