I used Metro Plumbing for the first time yesterday. I was overjoyed with how professional, knowledgeable and timely they were. Furthermore, their costs are extremely reasonable! They did the job plus a little more for HALF the price those losers at Bonfe quoted. Josh was awesome, friendly and left the area clean upon leaving. You guys have a new customer for life! Thanks again, Josh!

The people at Metro Heating were fabulous! They explained in detail what was needed, and quoted me a price that was less than everyone else I called. There were additional issues that came up that the service people, Jalen, was able to resolve and get my system back up and running.

We have a 100 year old house that was in need of air conditioning. The team at Metro heating from sales to scheduling to install was great. They took the time to walk through a complicated situation to make sure we had a result that met our needs. The end result was a combination of a ducted system plus a non-ducted system. Josh Wendel and team did a great job installing the system. They called ahead every morning to let me know when they were coming. And also asked me when key pieces were being installed to make sure they met my expectations. Overall the team at Metro really listened to me, and worked with me to get a great solution.

I was concerned about how my thermostat was working. The gentleman that did my service call was awesome. He was diligent, educated me a ton about what he saw and how to optimize my furnace, and knew what he was talking about. He was also friendly and easy to work with. You will have my service in the future. Learn from this company, this is how you gain and retain customers.

I recently had metro plumbing out to do some work in my laundry room; They were able to get here the very next day. Richard my plumber did great! He called before he arrived and was on time. He communicated well and was great with my pets- very professional. I will be using metro plumbing again for any future projects. Thank you Richard and thank you metro plumbing.

Jalen at Metro has performed our AC and Furnace tune ups the last several years. Always very honest and clear about his observations. We've used them for a few plumbing issues as well and the service is equally impressive.

We purchased a new air conditioning unit from Metro heating and cooling and I was beyond thrilled with their service! Everything was absolutely perfect!

Rick and Josh were on time, friendly, knew exactly what they were doing, worked well together, answered all of my questions, told me about things I didn’t even know to ask about and they cleaned up inside and outside before they left.

Erica made this so easy to coordinate, and then Cameron came out and was a complete rock star. Both went above and beyond what they had to do, and were so sweet and professional. Cameron even helped us figure out extra stuff that helped the new sump pump work better.
This is why we stick with this company, we always end up happy with their assistance. Thanks, all!

Had Metro out to the house for a full replacement of my 30 yr-old AC/Furnace. TJ, Austin, and Kyle came out and were fantastic.
