Humidifier installation. Very impressed with Metro Heating & Cooling from the fast response of the quote, scheduling the installation and the actual installation itself. Aaron arrived on time, expalined how he was going to install the unit and then explained the operation of the unit. Couldn't be happier! Highly recommend.

I would not hesitate to use this company again. Our tech Philip was awesome. He arrived on time, walked me through the process of the new water heater installation. After the install, he cleaned up after himself and he gave me tips on how to maintain it. What a great guy. I would definitely recommend Metro H/C. Thank you Philip and thank you Metro H/C. Left message Sunday afternoon with request to have someone fix my AC. They called back at 8am Monday and showed up at 9am. Great, friendly, and honest service. A friend of mine recommended Metro. Service technician, Brian, was great!

Getting an AC unit installed today with Metro. From when Dave and I chatted copiously over email to get what I wanted down in the quote to Paul figuring out how to fit me in on a very busy week with a holiday to boot They've been amazing. I have a condition that makes it hard to control my body tempratures. Not having AC was really hurting my body. I then setup portables and held through while Paul worked his magic figuring out how to make this work. I also love that when you talk to Paul he's to the point and doesn't try to yank you around. If you need hvac work call them.

Mark and Phillip were very professional, friendly, quick, efficient and did amazing at their job installing my new water heater. They also gave recommendations for a few leaks and were able to schedule a same day repair, as well. Highly recommend!

Metro is a reliable, professional, and honest group. I've had many poor experiences with HVAC contractors, particularly out of state. So I'm very relieved to have them in my life when we have a problem. They have also helped us with furnace repairs and maintenance and replaced our water softener. If it needs to be fixed, and you want someone you can trust, these are who I call.

We hired Metro to replace our water heater along with replacing valves above and below our water meter as required by the city so the water meter could be replaced later this spring.
Promptly at the scheduled time Charles arrived and immediately began working on the things he could do until the city shut off the water to my house. When the water was off, he completed his work and we chatted while we waited for the city to turn the water back on.
I GREATLY appreciate how Charles explained to me how the newly installed valves worked, showed me how to start the gas water heater and patiently answered all my questions about the installation and repair work.
