    -3 outside temperature, wind chill -28-35 below zero . Furnace froze up . Called 8 different Heating companies to fix , They say No one available. Metro answered and called back numerous times . It took 28 hours , but JENN from Metro gets 5 Stars and Metro ServiceTechn gets 6 Stars . Thank God

    I am very happy with this company. We have used them for 11 years to service our furnace and air conditioner. We have them check our units each year.
    This year, we had an issue with our AC and they came within 2 hours. We decided to replaced both AC and furnace, they were over 17 years old.
    They sent someone out to us the next day (Friday) and we received their quotes via email. My husband and I decided which one we were going with and they were here on Monday to install new units.

    prices are high for the area. not sure why so many reviews say otherwise - maybe they changed their pricing structure recently. but YIKES.

    Update to respond to Metro comment: I paid $99 for a diagnosis, and the diagnosis did not actually catch the full issue, so you did a fix the first time, the place was still cold, and then you had to come back a second time. But you charged me in full twice, despite the need for two trips being your error, at high prices both times. It wound up being $2000 + the diagnosis fee for you to fix valves for two radiators.

    Metro installed a replacement air conditioner for our landlord last week. They were extremely professional beginning with their sales rep that came to our home to provide an assessment. The scheduler actually moved the install ahead by 5 days. The installers were very efficient and cleaned up everything. There was nothing left behind and the install was nicely done. We thank them.

    We have used Metro Heating and Cooling through their annual service agreement for over 10 years with exemplary service. We had our furnace fan fail during the coldest days of the year so far. We wanted to replace our 19 year old furnace and called Metro. They sent Josh, a sales representative, the same day to discuss our options. After we decided on a Carrier unit, Mitchel, the scheduler, and Josh worked to get our unit scheduled for installation ASAP. We had the unit installed after only 2 days. Brandon, the technician, and Josh completed the installation and explained the instructions for both the thermostat and the furnace. This company is very customer orientated. We highly recommend Metro Heating and Cooling for your repair and installation needs.

    I am only giving them 2 stars because we had an emergency and had to call at 8:30 pm on Sunday due to our furnace not kicking on and I have a handicap mother that lives with me and can't not have heat. The gentlemen that came that night was nice however just said it should be okay for now, needed a good cleaning and we paid a pretty high price for the visit due to after hours which is understood. But that was not the issue, the customer service woman called the next day after we had to call again to state the furnace is still not working the women on the phone was really did not want to believe what I said and noted she would call my husband and or have the gentlemen that came that prior night call and NO ONE CALLED which is why I gave 2 stars poor customer service and also the women was trying to tell me a conversation took place that did not that evening. In any event we called another Heating company and getting our finance fixed and they are on the ball with great customer service and fix guarantee comes with the service as well! This was just not a good response to not call the customer back.
