Metro Heating & Cooling

I had Metro come out to repair multiple water leaks I was having with my whole home humidifier and furnace in general. He was able to fix both issues in a short period of time. I am pleased with the work that was performed.

Metro did a great job redoing all our duct work and installing new Carrier systems. Mark at Metro also had a great idea of restructuring which vents were returns so it made more made sense. Our place is warm and comfy now!

Wonderful experience with Metro. Jack and Taylor were professional, educational, informative, and were a pleasure to work with. Because of these 2 and Brady we will continue to use metro for future issues.

We needed furnace repair on a late Saturday night. I went down a list and called at least 6 other companies with "24 service" and NONE worked out (either no call back from the tech, or they can't come until AM, or they only service South Hills, etc)

I wish I called Metro first! The dispatcher was friendly, the technician John called me back within MINUTES (<5), and he came ASAP even though it was snowing and the road conditions were bad!

I highly recommend Metro for any 24hr service, don't waste your time calling around

Not Sure How to Review. I asked him to come out for a quote for a new boiler, which he did as scheduled. He pushed me towards the higher efficiency boilers vs the standard 82-84% efficient boilers. I listened to what he had to say and was considering going with it...if he had actually given me a price. He didn't have any business cards with him or any way to leave a written quote. That seemed odd to me because every other contractor I had in left me a price in writing before they left. He did have my email address, which he verified before leaving, and said he would send me an email with the numbers. As of today, I haven't heard anything from him. He came last week. I'm not sure if he just assumed I wasn't really going to buy anything, or if he just forgot about me. Either way, I had another contractor scheduled the next day and he gave me a decent price on a new furnace that I decided to accept. It's installed and running.

I really can't speak to the quality of his work as he never actually did any work for me. However if others are satisfied with him, I can't say otherwise. I'm only posting my experience with this company. He seemed like a nice guy, but if he didn't want the business, a note would have been nice. I'll give him two stars because I have to give him something in order to post a review. Maybe I am just an outlier and normally, things go very smoothly for other customers.

He told me after he was here for awhile that he would not be able to run all the checks on AC cause of weather. I said why would they schedule for you to come if your not able to do your job he replied I have NO idea. So they took 90 DID NOT TELL ME WHAT IS WRONG AND LEFT ME NO WORK ORDER!! I am stopping payment and also reporting these crooks!!!

Metro made the installation process as smooth as possible! They were extremely professional, skilled, and attentive. During every step of this process, they were there to help and answer any questions. My installation systems have worked perfectly since they were put in. I highly recommend Metro Heating & Cooling and will use them every chance I can!

Brady was great. We needed our old central air conditioner replaced quickly, and he came right out and examined our existing setup, and gave us options moving forward. Our new system is working well and we couldn't be happier.

Highly recommend Metro Heating and Cooling, Canonsburg. Jim Connelly is a good guy and someone you can trust. Jeff just came to do my annual maintenance and was prompt, very friendly and clean with the service. He even took time to pet my dog, which she loved. He explained everything he planned to do and was in and out. Nice to have someone you can trust and rely on for fast and efficient service. Hard to find these days. Thanks! ~ Bridget S.

What a great service company ! From the phone call with Mitch, who was professional and nice to my tech, Rich it was a 5 star experience. Rich was very knowledgeable, easy to work with and prompt. He communicated with me about his arrival time, and how long the repair would take, which was a huge time saver since I didn't have to wait around the house for a " 4 service hour window ". I will never need to shop around for a reliable HVAC company again!
