Metro Heating & Cooling

Metro has one of the best heating and cooling products called Carrier compared to the Lenox I have. Contact and ask for Joshua, very good customer support.

An absolutely awful and unethical company. After having Metro come to my house to check on the leak my AC unit had, the employee stated that the leak was extremely insignificant and proceeded to put Freon in it, 450$ worth to be specific... Only for the unit to stop working the very next afternoon. The company of course neglecting that this is their fault even though they "measured" the leak on the front end before adding Freon. DO NOT do business with this company.

This is my first review on google. FYI, I can see the other review has same though with me. Their job is fine but They charged $330 for bleeding pressure tank(which is included annual check up) and changing a relief valve($13 ish you know?).

If there was a championship playoff in the HVAC industry- Metro/ Climate Control would be hoisting the throphy. We have purchased multiple furnaces and HVAC accessories from them over the years. Each purchase has met or exceeded our expectations. The entire staff is very professional , courteous, and considerate! A WIN-WIN EXPERIENCE!
