Metro Heating & Cooling

I have had Metro work on my oil furnace a few times and they get someone out quickly to get everything back up and running. Had two mini-split units installed this spring and everything went off without a hitch. Prices are on par or at the lower end compared to other companies in my experience and the sales manager they send for quotes helps plan things out better than other companies I've worked with.

They did an amazing job. They were efficient and professional. I can’t believe we waited so long to replace our furnace. Metro installed the new furnace in less than a week from the time we committed to a new one.
Our house has never been this comfortable since we got the “fantastic furnace”.

Metro was great. John quickly identified the issue with our furnace and fixed it. Luckily it was minor. He even took the time to explain what was wrong and show me how to fix it myself if it happens again. They might miss out on one small job with that, but they will get every other call. No reason to look to anyone else.

A serviceman from Metro recently came to my 90 year old mother's house as they have done twice a year for 20+ years to check her system and told her that her air conditioning needed replaced and that it would cost $10,000.00! I have had a new Trane furnace and air conditioner replaced in a house twice the size of her's for a hell of a lot less!
Metro must be like so many other companies in this field that pray on the elderly to take advantage of them!
That is sad.
Oh! and for the record, I had the company that I use, do a service call to her house and was told that the units were in great condition and there was no reason at all to believe they would need replaced any time soon.
Obviously we will never again use Metro Heating and Cooling.

The office is responsive, and the job is always professionally accomplished. I've recommended Metro to many people in Mt. Lebanon over the years, and I will continue to do so as I continue to be a loyal customer.

Highly recommend this companies services! Technicians were very polite, knowledgable, efficient & skilled on installing AC into our older home that had never had AC before. They also installed a new furnace for us in order to make the new system work. Very competitive rates too. They completed the install a few months ago & everything has been working perfectly! House feels amazingly cool for the 1st summer in 123 years ;) Thanks again!

Metro was there for us! We got home from out of town to a frozen house. Our furnace went out at some point while we were gone. Our home warranty provider could not get anyone out and the phone calls we made were not returned or the tech would not take the job. Then we found Metro. They sent out a message to the on-call technician and he called us promptly and said he was on his way. Within the hour "Dr. John the Furnace Physician" showed up, got to work and diagnosed the issue. It had snowed, it was freezing inside and out plus the roads were bad. John got here quickly went out for the part needed got back and got our heat going. He's a great technician, Metro is a great company and they saved our butts that night.

Metro responded quickly when my boiler went out (within 2 hours) and the technician, Jeff, was knowledgeable and explained as he went on the repair. The price was fair and I was overall satisfied with the experience. Would recommend to others.

Metro installed a new AC unit at our property. Installation was performed in a timely manner. Technicians doing the install were courteous, professional and very mindful of social distancing and use of proper PPE at all times, yes my unit was installed during the Covid 19 fiasco... I had a couple of questions after the unit was installed and Metro was quick to respond with answers. Would definitely use them again.

Learned of Metro Heating & Cooling a couple of years ago when I replaced my air conditioner and wish I had worked with them in the past. Excellent people and service with competitive pricing. I am confident of the knowledge and caring they show as well as the attention given to any questions or problems for both my air conditioner and furnace.
