Rich, the service technician, was prompt and courteous. He called twice within the specified time regarding his arrival. He worked diligently and left everything as it was. No clean up or moving items around was necessary as he replaced every item he moved. He offer appropriate advice and was very polite. I will be using Metro again for service calls.

Metro heating and cooling installed a full system ( Furnace and A/C) in my house. The sales team didn’t try to force the most expensive unit for my house, they gave me the options and got me everything I wanted and asked for and thousands less than the big name companies out there. The install guys were very knowledgeable, did clean work and made sure everything was good before they left...

My furnace decided to stop working on the coldest day in a while, and it smelled like burning plastic or rubber. I called Metro Heating & Cooling up and they promptly sent someone over to take a look. Jeff was the technician who worked on my furnace. He was very nice and knowledgable, and also very dog friendly to my 2 dogs. He identified the problem almost instantly, and had a lot of knowledge to share on what he was doing. After replacing the part, everything was working smoothly. The pricing and speed was good. It was an all around great experience. Well, as far as having to get your furnace fixed goes. Clearly I would have rather been drinking piña coladas at the beach, but this is Pittsburgh.

They are amazing! My boiler stopped working after a storm and my road was impassable, the tech parked down the bottom of the hill leading to my house and walked to my house. Fixed the problem in a matter of minutes. The owner even showed up to lend a hand and make sure the tech could get to our house and try to get it running! I would highly recommend them to help with ur heating needs. The price was affordable.

Since I've been a homeowner in 2002 in Green Tree Borough I've used METRO. They are always professional, efficient, and never try to oversell. They have been a pillar in the Pittsburgh residential heating and cooling industry for decades. Very highly regarded !!!

The technician arrived almost within an hour of my placing the call. Our furnace was emitting a smell of burnt plastic and he quickly diagnosed the problem and got it corrected for a very reasonable price. Great service. Would highly recommend.

Metro Heating & Cooling came to service our HVAC system in our rental property back in June. They were professional and were able to get us an appointment right away. The metro sales representative was easy to work with and presented the options that I was looking for. The installation team worked quickly and neatly. The job was completed in less than the estimated time.

Did a great job with our HVAC installation except that there was a whistling noise coming from the humidifier. Brady worked out the problem with his technicians and had it promptly corrected. They made it right and made me a satisfied customer.
