Metro Heating & Cooling

We've used Metro for multiple jobs, covering both heating and AC and we've always been very happy with their work. Recently we had a new ductless AC system installed (it's amazing) and every part of our experience with Metro was excellent -- from working with Brady to select the system and get an estimate, to the installation with Jack and Taylor. Metro is great at communication, responsiveness, and professionalism along with their industry expertise. And you don't pay a premium for this excellence; their pricing is very fair. We also really appreciated their social distancing and safety practices in this challenging time. Thanks, Metro.

After realizing our AC wasn't working about 11am, we called Metro. The technician arrived around 1pm
diagnosed the problem and put in the new part. Jeff the tech was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly.
We've used Metro before and continue to be pleased with their service. We definitely recommend them.

I recently had some work done on my existing furnace and also had a new AC unit installed. I could not be happier! Brady walked me through the planning process, Mitch worked around my crazy schedule to get the job set up quickly and Patrick was knowledgeable and efficient during installation. Everyone was friendly, courteous and incredibly professional! Their pricing was fair and very competitive. I would not hesitate to recommend Metro to anyone. Many thanks for a job well done!

Metro Heating and Cooling continues to be the best HVAC business around. We have used them multiple times, in multiple homes and have never been disappointed !! Brady was the best!!! He was very quick getting us estimates for AC/heat pumps in every price range, that would fit our needs. He explained what the difference in each system was and helped us make the right decision for our home. After placing our order the system came in very quickly and the installers were out to install it within a few days. Overall, we would highly recommend Metro, and Brady, and we will definitely be using them again!

We would have been a new customer. The home we purchased had their sticker on the boiler furnace, so I scheduled a furnace check up for $104. The technician arrived on time and was nice, but he was here 37 minutes and basically swept some crumbs out of my boiler. He didn’t check the thermostat or how the furnace was heating each room. He only adjusted one of the upstairs radiators, saying it governed the rest. He told me I needed a new expansion tank, which I figured, and I’d scheduled to have them come out in a couple weeks. but he also did not see the severity of the condition of the expansion tank, which is why I had called them in the first place. Within a week of the check up the expansion tank had water pouring out of it and I was down there at 4 am bailing out a bucket. I called twice and Mitch did not return my call. I had to call another firm who came out immediately and replaced the expansion tank (which was completely rusted through) and they told me my upstairs radiators were air locked. After the other firm was here our furnace worked great and it was warm.
I don’t know how Metro’s actual work is, but based on this experience I would not hire them. I wasted $104.

Great service, great quality.
We’ve never had an AC in our house since we moved in. Today metro heating&cooling technician installed AC and we are enjoying it right now its 91 degrees outside.
Want to mention that Josh was very responsive every time we had questions, he was able to come over to give us an estimated price the next day while other places had soonest appointment 2 weeks from now. Definitely recommend this company, you will not regret!

We have been dealing with Metro Heating and Cooling for about 10 years. We purchased our current system from them. We chose Metro based upon their BBB rating and we have never been disappointed.

Today Jeff did our twice per year mantenance. He took the time to explain what he was doing and make suggestions that will extend the life of our system. We cannot say enough about the high quality of service we have come to expect from Metro.

I should mention that we nearly bought a system from another company, but we checked their BBB rating and realized that we had to find a better vendor. In checking the ratings for companies ithat service our area Metro quickly rose to the top of our list.

We are making repairs at our late aunt's house in preparation for selling. We had metro inspect & service the boiler & purge 2 upstairs radiators. The serviceman Kevin was excellent. He put covers on his work shoes & was very neat. What we most appreciated though. . There was a very bad hammering in the water pipes. Although not a plumber, he suggested that the problem was a bad regulator. He even called his boss to get his thoughts & he agreed. We were able to get a plumber that day & replace the regulator. That solved it! Talk about above & beyond! We HIGHLY recommend Metro. They were dependable, helpful & the price was reasonable!

After checking in with five other local companies, we decided to go with Metro Heating & Cooling. They were able to assist us quickly. Within 48 hours, they gave us an estimate and installed our new furnace.
