Metro Heating & Cooling

When my air conditioner stopped working, I called Metro. They were able to send a technician out a couple of hours after I called, well within the promised 2-hour window. The technician, John, was friendly, courteous, and professional. He quickly discovered the problem (a short caused by a mouse), restored function, and discussed options for managing my elderly unit until we absolutely need to replace it. I was very satisfied with the experience overall.

I have Metro perform maintenance on my air conditioner and furnace - so twice a year. Kevin is usually the gentlemen who performs this maintenance. He is punctual, does a great job and cleans up if need be, and is very personable. I’ve also been in other homes when Metro came and to check the furnace and they too are thorough, informative and personable. If you haven’t used Metro in the past, you should consider them for future work.

Excellent work by super-kind guys! They were at my house all week and were friendly, thoughtful and nice to my cat (who mostly hid.) They were clean and efficient, and arrived each day on time.

Cannot say enough good things about this company. The transition seems to be working great, at least from a customer standpoint. Bought 2 new Carrier furnaces. Our installers were efficient, courteous and extremely competent. Brady Benedetti worked with me to fit everything into our schedule. I have been with Metro for 20+ years. Overall---excellent....and I once again have heat !!!

After receiving numerous competitive bids, I contracted with Metro for a new furnace and duct work. Every aspect of my experience was positive. Brady was our sales person. He braved 8+ inches of snow to keep his appointment with us, he took the time to thoroughly understand our needs and promptly responded to every question I had. The install team of Bill & Ron was outstanding. They left the work areas spotless, they were considerate of the fact that I work from home and kept me informed of their progress. In addition, the workmanship is top notch. These guys, who both are seasoned/tenured professionals, took their time and did the job right. I made the right choice by selecting Metro Heating as my HVAC vendor, 100% satisfied from start to finish!

Metro Heating & Cooling installed our AC unit in April of 2017 after it was time to replace our old unit. Metro was very accommodating with our schedules, very friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and their pricing seemed to be very reasonable after shopping around. They also have some of the best product line on the market as well. We were very pleased with Metro and would highly recommend them and will use them in the future. Their customer service is also top notch!

Our comfort specialist Josh Alauzen was awesome! Very knowledgeable, professional, and on time. Answered my calls and text quickly and kindly and never made me feel like I was an inconvenience. The installers were also very professional, knowledgeable, and fast! Our equipment came in quickly and was installed a week earlier than anticipated. We absolutely will use them again.

Metro Heating & Cooling installed a furnace and air conditioner at my home a few days ago. From beginning to end of the process they were excellent. The installers were on time and very professional, they were polite, clean in their work and answered all of my questions during the installation, within a few hours of them arriving at my home I received an excellent heating and cooling system and now my home is cool and comfortable.
