Called them for a safety inspection at a vacant house that is sold. They called me as I was boarding a flight on a Friday and said it didn't pass and they have shut off the heat (Temperatures are freezing right now). They said it would be $4,200 to replace and it was not repairable. I said I would get another opinion and was told that it wouldn't change anything. I had 2 other reputable companies come out and both said it was safe, in great shape, and issued a safety certificate. I called and explained the results and asked for a refund. They stuck with their position and would not refund the $159 inspection fee. Never again!

A/C went out during a 90 degree heatwave, Called Chris at Residential Heating and Air as well as two others. Got an Estimate on a Friday, lower then the the other two , they installed on Tuesday, very happy with price, quality and professionalism of the installers. Had the same experience 5 years ago with my furnace. Highly recommend !!!

This review is overdue, but lately has been even more deserving. Residential saved my life. I bought a house with a furnace that the realtor and homeowner lied about—it was leaking carbon monoxide. It was in the middle of the coldest weather we had seen in years. Residential worked with me around the clock to make my house safe to live in while still getting a new safe and efficient furnace. They showed more concern for my safety than anything else. I was amazed at how quickly they got the work done and how supportive they were in handling the difficulties I had with financing after just buying my first house. Later they fixed the heating issues on my finished basement (thanks to a bad “do it yourself” job the previous owner attempted). Once again they were fast and did excellent work. Residential will always have my business.

My furnace went out a couple of years ago in November and had a new one installed within a week and it has been great since. The professionalism in all aspects was top notch. With two small kids in the household it was vital for a quick sale and installation of furnace. More recently had my duct work cleaned out and now I have the piece of mind for cleaner air for my family to breathe. I would recommend Residential Heating for all my furnace needs!

Outstanding customer service and work. Sam called ahead with ETA, was on-time, polite, cleaned up after he was done and took the time to check in.
I also have to mention Sam's colleague (apologies for not remembering her name) who we spoke to when we scheduled; she too provided outstanding service and assistance.
I highly recommend Sam & Residential Heating and Air Conditioning services.

Well, I purchased over 30K worth of LG split duct heating/AC units from this company after the owner Chris said to me "these units were made for home's like yours".

I was NEVER in my life, as a customer, treated as HORRIBLY as this company treated me. I was intimidated and bullied by the owner as well as the service department. "You didn't understand how to use it and it was never meant as a primary heating source".

1. Your company knew EXACTLY how my home was built when you convinced me that these units " Were made for homes like yours". IE no ductwork. If you had told me that they "break" if you use them under a certain temperature, I would never have spent over 30 THOUSAND DOLLARS on them.

2. After my son Chris J left you a poor review, which I knew nothing about, you shamed me saying "you told us you would take that review down". YOU had never spoken to me about that and then YOU GASLIGHT me and refuse to address the the fact that my unit was still under warranty and yet YOUR COMPANY would not go to bat for me.

I know you will write some condescending response about how you went "out of your way" for me which is absolutely incorrect.

Nice way to treat a "Healthcare Hero".

I am very certain you don't care about me a customer. The fact is, I spent over 30K and guess what?

We just had our furnace and air conditioning unit replaced and the service we got from Residential Heating and Air Conditioning was outstanding. They were very helpful in answering all our questions about the install and the new equipment. The technicians were very courteous on the day of the install and also provided a good brief on the new furnace and ac unit before they left. They were also able to coordinate getting our water heater replaced in the same day. I would highly recommend Residential Heating and Air Conditioning to those needing equipment replaced.

Chris & his team took outstanding service of our business. We had a rooftop unit that had failed us and was no longer working. We pulled several quotes for a replacement system. Residential Heating & AC's quote offered a better unit for a better price compared to our competition.

We had our install date set for a Thursday, but had a client request a meeting in our space that same day. Chris and his team went above and beyond to expedite our install. They coordinated with permitting, the crane, electricians, all involved to get our install moved up so that it could be ready for our big meeting!

Cannot give these guys enough stars. Communication was fantastic. If you need service, maintenance package, a replacement unit, or anything HVAC, give these guys a call. They'll take good care of you!

I got a couple quotes from companies for a ductless mini split A/C system for my old home. For Residential heating & air, the salesman seemed knowledgeable and professional, and they had a competitive price. They also had the best warranty of anyone I looked at so I decided to go with them for this job.

It took 2 installers 3 days to complete the job (there was a very bad storm on the 2nd day so they did what they could inside before leaving for the day). I am very impressed with their work, everything is tied up neatly and nicely inside and outside my home, they did a great job. The electrician came on the 3rd day to wire everything up, just as was explained to me. Each head unit has it's own setting, so I can set a colder temperature in my bedroom and leave the living room warmer.

The Daikin systems they install are awesome, and really pump out the cold air. They are also very efficient, and I have noticed a HUGE difference in my electric bill as compared to last summer when we had 4 window units going in my house. They also heat the home so I am looking forward to trying that out this fall.

Overall I am very happy with my purchase, and I would recommend residential heating & air to anyone looking for an A/C solution for their home. I plan on using them for maintenance on my old boiler which is coming up this winter as well. They are a small company but with personable people and I liked doing business with them.
