This company is exceptional! I was impressed with how quickly they were able to replace my furnace with a new one and how good it looks. I was also pleased with their willingness to answer all my questions about whether it was necessary or not to upgrade my furnace to eventually accommodate for a finished basement. You can tell just by the work they do, the care they have for their customers, and how clean they leave the job site that they take pride in the company and work they do!

My experience with Zahler was outstanding. Greg responded immediately to my call and was able to give some very sensible advice about my furnace. He came out and delivered on exactly what he said he'd do, for the price stated. This kind of customer service gives me a lot of confidence in using Zahler again and I highly recommend them.

Zahler Heating & Air Conditioning is one of the best, most reliable, and responsive businesses I've ever worked with to do work on our house. Greg Zahler and his team reconfigured our boiler/water heater location, and re-vamped all of the pipes running to our radiators, added in-floor heating into one of the bathrooms, and added new low profile radiators to our basement. I have recommended them to so many friends and neighbors, and everyone who's used them feels the same way we do: completely satisfied and appreciative of the excellent work, the highly knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and professional demeanor of whomever comes to the house to do the work from their team, and the reasonable cost of their services.

Most recently, we thought our 3yr old water heater (that Zahler had installed) had broken and flooded the basement. Greg Zahler returned my call within an hour and rearranged his work schedule for the day to come to our house and assess the damage. It turned out it wasn't actually our water heater that was the issue after all. Regardless, Greg made sure everything was in working order and informed us that the water had come from the floor drain and was a back-up of water - likely a clogged line or our main-line backing up. He didn't charge us for his time, OR the work that he had to reschedule for the day and lost. Greg's response was so incredibly generous, immediate, professional, and caring - we're blown away by his work ethic and generosity!

We have so much respect for Greg and his company and wish other businesses we've worked with were as responsive, kind, and reasonably priced. We’ve used Zahler multiple times and always had excellent experiences. We have a couple of buildings on our property and each one had an issue with proper air handling. One needed an air exchanger, another needed a dehumidifier and the other needed a mini-split. Greg and his team were great at offering solutions where other companies didn’t know what to do, they communicated well and were exceptionally clean on the job sites (in one space they left it cleaner than they found it). They aren’t the cheapest in town but this is a case where you get exactly what you pay for, in the best way possible. I will use them again and again.

Our project involved a radiator switch out, installation and boiler maintenance. Greg and his crew were respectful and responsive to our questions and specific needs. We're very satisfied with their work and highly recommend them.

Greg has maintained my furnace/AC and made sure everything is working properly. I recently had an April Aire system installed and am very happy. I called Greg and asked if he could check out my furnace boiler as I have radiant heat in my home which was on the market for sale. The buyer asked for certification that the boiler was in working order. Greg provided exemplary service, knowledge and efficiency in a time frame I did not think could be met. Greg and his team replaced our water heater after ours broke suddenly. Greg was overbooked with work but made time to help us. Within a day we had a brand new water heater! His team worked quickly and efficiently and left everything clean and tidy and they disposed of the old water heater. I’d recommend them as trustworthy, professional and skilled.
