Nathan is great! He had come out to the house when I ended up being locked out...he only showed concern for my safety rather than being inconvenienced himself!!! I had Nathan come out to my house to fix a nest thermostat issue. Great experience, Nathan arrived on time for the company’s estimated arrival window of one hour, compared to some others where the arrival window can be between 4-6 hours. Nathan fixed my Nest quickly and got everything up and running perfectly.

Nathan originally showed up to fix my furnace. While he was here, I noticed that the water heater wasn't working, and he was kind enough to inspect it and re-ignite the pilot light. He informed me that it was a fire hazard (he showed me photos of the burn marks on the outside of the unit, as well as the partially-melted knob), and recommended that I get it repaired or replaced ASAP.

I was so pleased with the furnace service that I decided to go with Aire Serv for the water heater replacement as well. Nathan and Chris installed my new water heater in less time than I'd originally been told to expect. When I noticed water backing up into the kitchen sink after the installation had been completed and the water had been turned on again, I asked Nathan about it, and he and Chris spent a considerable amount of time investigating and solving the problem.

This company is just awesome. Everyone I've dealt with has been kind, knowledgeable, and honest. I couldn't ask for anything more.

I felt like I received a really good deal on the whole home humidifier and the person that came did a great job working in the small space i had. He was very thorough, cleaned up, and showed up when he was supposed to. I would definitely use this company again for other services.
