The team who come to do the work are always friendly, efficient and helpful. I have had no problems with their service or products. The prices are good, it is a small family business so you get personal service and not just a company that sends someone round for a quick quote then sends someone else round to do the job - which is what happens most of the time with big companies! I would recommend them to anyone.

They let you know what they're doing every step of the way and are very friendly. I had a problem with my AC, and it was a little more involved than expected. They were able to get me up and running for the rest of the season, but we will be replacing it next year.
