Greg was very responsive via email and text to get the appointment set up. Cory showed up to do the service. He explained everything thoroughly and respectfully (you don’t always get that with service providers as a woman). He fixed the problem and also cleaned off my outside AC unit, wrapped my split wires and checked the unit for potential future issues. Above and beyond what he needed to do! In the hottest of MN heat right now, and then probably working many long hours, they were nothing but professional! I would highly recommend this company to anyone! Thank you Zahler!! ☀️❄️

I called Greg in an emergency this morning because our water heater was leaking and our basement was flooded. He rushed over immediately, stopped the water flow, and helped me navigate the steps that had to be taken to begin cleaning up and repairing the damage. To say I’m grateful is an understatement. Owner, Greg Zahler, came to my house before and after the job to discuss every detail. His workers were both professional and friendly, and took great care in keeping my house free from dirt/debris. They also followed all COVID-19 precautions. I would highly recommend them to others!

Very quick response to all of our questions! We had our furnace replaced 3 years ago. Their work was exceptional and they left the area very clean. All rebate info and instructions were sent within a couple days after the install was complete.The furnace is much more energy efficient than our previous one. We recently had a problem with our themostat. It was not urgent but Greg came over to replace it in less than 24 hours. We highly recommend Zahler Heating & AC!

Worked for 3 times with Greg. Each contact was timely and professional. We were advised when the problem we called about did not require him to visit our home in person. Today, we discovered a water leak from pipe above the boiler. Immediately after being called, Greg was on our property. Fixed the problem. All done with the utmost respect to COVID risk. I am an office manager at a condominium complex. Greg and his team have done many a/c replacements for residents this summer and service for many other a/c units for residents. They are always professional, courteous and excellent workmanship. They have replaced the a/c in the manager's unit so I have also had personal experience with them. Zahler Heating & Air saved the day for my family when our Triangle Tube boiler went out unexpectedly in mid-December, just before a major cold-snap. I’d never heard of Zahler prior to contacting them. I contacted them because they are one of only a few authorized TT contractors licensed to work in Minneapolis and because they garnered positive reviews on a well-known home improvement website. I tried to contact a couple other HVAC specialists on an emergency service basis, but said contractors either took too long to return my call or failed to respond at all. I talked to Greg at Zahler at 7:05 am on a Tuesday and by 3:00 pm, my boiler was repaired and generating much-needed heat. I truly appreciate how Greg altered his work schedule to fit me in. A special call-out to Cory, the technician who made the repairs. Though young, Cory was well-versed in the TT product, immediately diagnosed the problem and then quickly replaced the damaged part. He even fixed an error the original installers had made with a gas pressure safety meter and performed a routine check-up on the entire system, just to make sure there were no other issues. To top it all off, Cory courteously removed his shoes upon entering my home, without being asked. I will definitely be using Zahler again…for future heating AND cooling work.
