I've been extremely impressed with Residential. When we needed a bid on a new furnace, Dave provided us with a professional and informative visit. He wasn't pushy, and his numbers were competitive. I appreciated that, and we moved forward. Installation was professional, and when they ran into an issue that was going to cost us more (one way or another), they provided us with good options. Not pushy at all. Practical and straightforward. My interactions with the office have also been friendly and efficient. I'm glad we went with Residential.

Took the day off for a scheduled duct cleaning between 12pm and 3pm. Waited for those hours and nobody showed up, when I called to confirm the appointment at 3pm I was told that the only one guy who was able to perform duct cleaning was out sick and unfortunately they forgot to call me. I rescheduled and was told I would get a follow-up callback to confirm my new appointment and updated discount but received no callback. The next day I called back and instead of apologizing and honoring their promises all I got was the blame game on how there was no messages and they didn't have my information which they clearly did because it was on the confirmation email. Highly would not recommend due to their busy schedule and lack of communication amongst themselves and their customers.

Dane was very through in explanation k everything and what furnace would be sufficient for us. He also got it for installation the next morning, which is good as our old furnace went out just before the artic air was set to come in.

This is the best HVAC company in the twin cities. I have used Residential for a new super high efficiency heater for my business - PERFECT. And then for an equally high efficiency AC for my business - PERFECT. And because they did such a great job, I hired them to install my air condition at my own home! PERFECT! They were the most responsive; gave the best deal, and were flexible with payment options. In the Twin Cities area they are by far and away the best company for new furnace installation! They gave me a bundle deal for two furnace installs for my duplex. They basically saved me and tenants; I don't know what would have happened without them. The competition was twice as expensive and not as friendly. They are THE BEST. I APPRECIATE YOU!

Tech Ceaser arrived on time and explained the problem. Provided temporary fix until repair part could be installed. Caesar Has done Air conditioning and furnace Maintenance for me before. Has always been very professional. I appreciate the fact that I usually receive the same technician, Cesar, every time for maintenance and repair.

We recently had the A/C go out, in an atypically hotter June/July. Chris of Residential Heating and Air Conditioning (RHAC) (which was recommended to us) quickly came to check on the issue.

The bad news was that the furnace blower was blown, and the furnace and AC were both too old for repair to make sense, so that we were looking at a completely unplanned A/C & Furnace replacement. The good news was that we were working with RHAC. Even though they were inundated with the service calls that surge during such unexpected hot seasons, they were able to give us a good price, and also deftly juggle their schedule and get the new A/C and Furnace (and new thermostat) ready and installed much more quickly than I would have expected in such a season.

Throughout this process, we found Renee M and the others at RHAC to be very candid, knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful. They were also very patient with our questions. Definitely recommend!
