Residential Heating and Air Conditioning

We hired Residential to install our new system a couple years ago, which went great. Since then a few minor service calls and an annual checkup, as well as prompt service to deliver replacement filters. The team is always polite and meets its promises on showing up.

Residential Heating and Air Conditioning did an outstanding job of replacing my broken furnace on short notice. Chris came over to my house about 3 hours after I called in and gave me an estimate. Their price was the best among 3 bids I received. I paid exactly what I was quoted with no surprises. The installation crew came the next morning and put in the furnace flawlessly. From the time I lost heat to the time the heat was restored, it was less than 24 hours. I had a few questions after the installation and called their office. Renee explained everything very clearly and patiently. Highly recommend Residential Heating and Air Conditioning for their outstanding services and solid customer support!

The furnace in my condo had a crack in the heat exchanger and was red tagged. I got proposals from several HVAC companies. Most had long lead times due to supply chain issues or a booked schedule. Residential Heating and Air was the last company I contacted. I was immediately impressed by the great customer service and the attentiveness to my needs. Chris, the owner, came over himself to assess the situation. He was able to find a Magic Pak unit that fit the limited space and put together a very competitive proposal. First contact to installation was just under two weeks, which exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs.

The blower went out in our furnace and a tech was able to come out the next morning. Very professional and courteous service, from the person scheduling the appointments to the tech who performed the work. Our furnace was installed by Residential and has required very little maintenance. Very happy with our experiences with this company!

I just bought a new home and sadly I needed a new furnace but it was much less painful because I selected Residential Heating and Air.
The customer service here is top notch. The gentleman who installed my new unit, Chad, was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, considerate and just a pleasure to have in my home. I had a ton of questions and Chad answered them patiently and in a way that I could understand.
Fantastic customer service and value is hard to come by. You wont be disappointed if you use this company. The outstanding level of service started with the person who answered my initial phone call and just continued on.

I have used residential heating and air for years now. Having used someone prior that made a mess of my hvac... I'm happy to have someone who does good work at a fair price. I don't feel the need to price things out with them, and they have always treated me professionally, fairly, and they've done good work. They came to me on a reference of a good friend who owns apartments, and it was a great recommendation!

I'm going to add to this review 3 years later, and say what an awesome company they are to work with. Chris & Renee are the best! Couldn't recommend them more.

Residential has always treated our company and our rental property customers professionally and I recently had a great experience with an issue in my own home. The technician Cesar was on time and professional and Renee back in the office went above and beyond to research warranty information on a part needing replacement. The owners and staff take time to be as helpful as possible and I highly recommend them for all HVAC needs.

Great experience! Chris came out right away to give an estimate and set up appointment for installation of AC. Chad showed up exactly when he said he would and the job took as long as predicted. This is not my first ideal experience with Residential. I've had repairs done with them before and a new furnace at two homes. Very fair price and totally professional and friendly service. I highly recommend Residential Heating and Air.

I'm really pleased with my new furnace, AC and mini-split. Dave was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the sales process, the equipment is great, and the installers were capable and professional. We had a problem after-the-fact with an unsealed gap in the wall around the mini-split conduit, but owner Chris Kallstrom personally followed up to make things right. Even though it wasn't perfectly flawless, I appreciate the care and the integrity.
