Adam was awesome. He fixed my problem right away. He took the time to explain to me what the issue was and answered every question I had. Didn't feel rushed. No sales pitch.

He had a younger apprentice with him. He was training her while she was finishing up College. I like that... giving College grads opportunities and investing the time to train and mold them.

Also, they are the ONLY company I saw that actually promoted an environmentally friendly system. (it's a Fujitsu unit if you're interested).

Lots of communication about when they would be here. Saved us a ton on money fixing two small issues and repairing the system. Explained what he was doing. Very reasonably priced as it took 3 hours.

My A/C stopped working on a 90 degree day, and McCarver Mechanical was able to get me a same day appointment to come out an assess it. They were there in about 3 hours after I called, quickly diagnosed the problem, and were very professional. They explained everything in detail, answered all of my questions, and fixed the problem at a fair price right then and there. I will be using McCarver Mechanical for all of my Heating and Cooling needs from now on.

Chris McCarver is honest, professional, competent, fair, prompt, highly trained and concerned with your complete satisfaction. Chris installed a mini-split AC system in my house which took several days. I never had nicer people in my home. Chris was the only contractor bidding this project who really wanted to make it work. I had researched the mini-splits and knew it was the right system for my place. The other contractors all seemed to find "problems" with installing a mini-split system in my house and wanted me to go with something else (their bids were unbelievably high). Chris did the job at a reasonable price. I could not be happier with my AC. I recommend Chris without any hesitation to everyone I know.

You guys are the worse company I have done business with in a long time. Right is right and wrong is wrong, it's not my fault that you have inexperienced techs in the field and can not fix the job right the first time.

I called you guys and you sent out your technician to look at my navein unit. The tech you sent out seems very unknowledgeable about the unit.

You guys lack follow up, communication, and customer basics customer service. I will make sure to tell everyone to NEVER use your company services.

Me and my family are still without hot water because of this company.

I had McCarver Mechanical do the duct work in my restaurant. They did any awesome job and it was an excellent price. Their guys were very knowledgeable about what needed to be done and did it very efficiently. I would recommend and use them for all future projects.
